Have not been on a bike for years, where to start? Checked out a few bike shops, but when I stepped into Cycling Concepts, WOW. So many bikes to choose from, and Keith was wonderful. He asked questions to determine what type of riding I would be doing and found the perfect bike for me, could not have felt more comfortable on a bike, like was made for me. He got the frame size exactly correct, adjustments to seats etc. were spot on. I never felt pressured to purchase anything, and trying different bikes was no inconvenience for Keith. Although he did not have my perfect bike in correct frame size in shop, he sourced one out, said two weeks max, and to the day, picked up my new bike.

This shop not only has a huge selection of the best named bikes, caters to all types of riding, but makes your safety and proper fit a priority. I highly recommend the vast experience that this shop offers, from purchase to repairs, you can certainly ride with confidence. Enjoy!

Shopped around the northeast for a bike and found one at Cycling Concepts, called and spoke with Keith, made a deposit over the phone and picked up the bike a few days later. Very responsive and customer service at bike pick-up was top-notch. Keith and the shop took extra steps to cut down the seat post to ensure a good fit before we walked out the door.

Excellent bike shop right in Glastonbury. The staff is helpful, with what seems like many years experience serving the cycling community, from people just getting into riding, all the way up to serious racer types. I was also pleasantly surprised to see just how many bikes they had for sale on the floor during the pandemic, when so many other shops seemed so low.

This has been my favorite bicycle shop for many years. I purchased my bike here in 2016 and have returned several times for routine maintenance, parts, gear and for a bike fit. Not only have I been really pleased with the overall quality of the products, the team is fast, courteous and everything is fairly priced. The store owner, Keith, is generous with his time patiently answering questions and offering advice.

One of my favorite things about the store is that they took the time to listen to my goals and answered questions honestly about the relative merrits of different bicycles based on my needs. They never tried to upsell me and I 100% trust them to work on my bike. If they say something needs replacing, I completely trust that to be true and they always do a great job.

Finally, due to an old injury, riding my bike was causing shoulder pain. After discussing the problem with Keith, he did a bike fit for me. He charged significantly less than the competition for the fit and more importantly, my shoulder no longer seizes up from a bike ride. The store is twice as far as several bike shops that are closer to my house, but going to Cycling Concepts is well worth the drive and I will remain a loyal customer.

I have been to this shop before to have 2 different electric bikes that was purchased while I was in California serviced there for minor things like tune up, flat tire, helmets, locks, etc.. It looks like they want to lock out their neighborhood customers and limit it to only Bikes they sold them. I had the need for a new brake pad to be installed and was told they didn't touch any other bikes unless they sold them into their shop. They told me 1) too heavy (although I have had service 2x before), that they didn't want to get into a job and have it cost 7-10X of the cost. I even offered to have them call me before proceeding or even sign a hold harmless agreement but it boils down to they want to squeeze out any brands they didn't sell. The person was apologetic for this position and said if I got stuck to call him back but no promises. That sent me down the street to another place. Bottom line is I took it to another place in Vernon (Pedal Power) and they did it fast plus a tune up for 99 dollars.. Steve at Pedal Power is wonderful if you are in the same bind. I would buy anything in the future from them because they see business as a long term relationship. I was very disappointed. I will post the other review with the second shop as well. I gave them 2 stars because I feel that they at least may have helped me but I don't want to beg for someone to service a very easy install that took 30 min.

Drove in looking specifically for a Cervelo dealer/retailer because my local bike shops couldn’t figure out why my saddle was loose.

The gentleman took my bike and fixed it within a matter of minutes and explained to me how to fix it if it ever happens again. They didnt charge me as well- thank you and Ill be swinging by again!!!!
