We had an amazing experience with Carlos at Gym Tech. From the first email I sent asking about equipment to their follow up after delivery, every single detail was handled with professionalism and efficiency.

Carlos answered all of my questions, made sure that I got a great price on my Stairmaster, held the machine until I moved, and then arranged for a fast delivery. Any email I sent was replied to right away. What a pleasure to work with this company! To top it off, they service their equipment and have a great warranty.

There are so many shady online fitness stores out there so it was important to me to work with people I trusted when spending this kind of money on equipment. I immediately felt at ease with Carlos and Gym Tech, especially after visiting their lovely store in Greenwich. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The entire Gym Tech experience was terrific. When I walked in to the store, Carlos greeted me immediately (after sending specific and helpful instructions for parking). He remembered selling us equipment years ago for our home gym and was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the latest gym equipment and accessories. I purchased an exercise bike and felt the price including delivery and set up was very reasonable. I highly recommend Gym Tech for all exercise equipment needs. Very positive experience, from our first contact to the final sale we felt very confident about the choice we were making thanks to Carlos' advice. Outstanding from start to finish. I initially called two competitors about a treadmill and then I spoke to Carlos at Gym Tech. It was like night and day. Gym Tech went above and beyond in terms of knowledge, service and price. I actually received my treadmill just two days after my purchase and installation and removal of the old machine was seamless.
