Vincent was incredibly responsive, thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. He does a great job of telling you best practices, and what is the necessary, really should have, and then all the nice to have options. He's been amazing with follow up support as well when we've had some sort of problem with other related devices etc. I would also note, we had an installer set us up who then went out of business, and Vincent stepped in to fix all their mistakes and get us set up properly. I sure wish I had used Vincent from the start! I highly highly recommend Vincent and Control Digital.

Vince has done two homes for us, and i could not be happier with his expertise, his execution, and his dependability and reliability. When needed, he is always available, and he has never let us down.
The system that he installs, which is customized to our exact needs (different for each house), is a game changer in the way we live. No longer do we have to turn off 20 light switches when we leave out to dinner or for long trips. Press one button, and the all the house systems (lights, HVAC, door locks, etc) are reset based on our specifications. The AV system is fully integrated. No longer do we need a cable box for our countless TV's. Shades go up and down automatically depending on daylight. We can monitor our houses remotely with cameras, and talk to people at the front door even if not home. Internet is strong and seamless throughout the house. The list goes on and on....

Can't imagine living in a house that does not have all this. But to make it work, given the great dependency on technology, you have to have a very dependable and trustworthy support team, so you are never "dark". Vince provides all that and more.
