We had Greenwich Windows Replacement install new windows in our home last year, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We’ve worked with many contractors before where we ran into a lot of issues from the salesman to quality of work. But not here. Salesman is also the installer! From the initial consultation to the final cleanup, their team was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions patiently and completed the installation quickly and efficiently. Priced extremely well compared to others. The windows look beautiful and have already made a noticeable difference in our home's energy efficiency and look of the house. Some of the best professionals I've ever worked with.

They really know their stuff and working with them was seamless. On top of that, in a world where windows can get crazy expensive, I found their prices to be reasonable.

They're great with communication and Jader is a super window expert. He came in and fixed several of my problems just with the initial visit and walked me through all I needed to know about windows.

Highly recommended – – would happily work with again – – even though I had a small job when other companies didn’t pay much attention or claim they couldn’t get the parts, Greenwich Window replacement responded quickly to my request, arrived on time for the estimate and walked me through the install. Their office stayed in touch with me during the special order and advised me of the install date soon after.
The install crew arrived on time, were courteous, put down padding for their ladder, cleaned up nicely and the install went smoothly.

Wowza! They are truly amazing. From start to finish they made it easy for me. They were always on-time and worked efficiently. Carol, handles the office and all the details. She is professional, polite, friendly and *always* accommodating and reassuring. Jay and his installers are incredible: covered all the furniture and cleaned anything that was needed when they left. They are real pros at what they do. The prices are reasonable and the work is outstanding. I know why *all* of the other 44 reviews were 5-Stars. Thank you all; I really appreciate it!

Great experience with Greenwich Window from original estimate to installation. So easy to do business with in every way. Carol in the office is very efficient. Jader and his team did an outstanding job on the installation. My house was spotless when they finished.
