Very good experience. They honored our tire service agreement and replaced my tire free of charge in addition, because they had to order the tire from another dealership, they provided us a comparable loaner for the afternoon. Of course, they washed the car before handing it back to me. One minor negative detail. They did not clean the chalk markings from the new tire. No biggie! Overall, an exceptional experience!

Cadillac of Greenwich helped me to understand what I needed to replace at my 66,000 mile oil change. They were honest and took the time to explain the details. I was able to get a loaner car while the parts were ordered and the repairs were made. Luke and Selena had timely communication and made sure that the car was pulled down when I came to pick it up. We cannot say enough good things about Greenwich Cadillac's service.

In my 45 years of driving and dealing with various service depts and people, I can honestly say that Serina is the best service person I have had to deal with. I'll also throw in an honorable mention to Paul too.

We had a major issue which was handled expertly by Greenwich and covered by the powertrain warranty.

No loaner was available (I didn't expect it; we purchased elsewhere), but were taken care of promptly.

When the car was returned, a secondary issue popped up almost immediately. We notified the Greenwich service dept and they ordered the required parts and even (without our asking) picked up the car from our house and left us with a loaner car.

They returned our XT4 home this morning and it's working great. Thank you to everyone at Cadillac of Greenwich.

Have had issues over the years here but decided to go back again. This was the last time. With a “service special” brake pads were double what I recently paid at another Cadillac dealer. As there was also a “service special” on oil changes had them do that as well, as it was needed. They refused to honor the special saying only one per visit. They said “check the website”. I checked the terms and conditions and was nowhere stated. The service manager then came out and said “I’m the boss, that’s my rules” and wouldn’t honor the advertised promotion.

Usually I’m satisfied with this dealership unfortunately 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous forget the fact that my courtesy car wash was terrible and I had to wipe off all the water from the car. 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and a simple question about my vehicle to the service department was unanswered. The sales manager was friendly enough came over and offered me a bottle of water but the service department is very very lacking.

Great customer service in terms of scheduling and communication. Luke was quick to answer any questions and help with meeting the needs of my schedule. First service center I’ve been to that doesn’t actually wash you car when you leave. Only front seat mats vacuumed.
