I have several great things to say about eras pro. First of all their response time was great; I was able to meet with Joffre to go over my smallish job (grading and pouring concrete in a crawl space) in a timely manner. He communicates well and understands what needs to be done. The job was finished on time and if I had any questions or concerns he always responded quickly. Secondly, the price was reasonable. Thirdly, since it’s hard to find a contractor who will even take a smaller job, he was amenable and fitted me in between his other jobs. And last, the work was excellent and I am super pleased with the result. I found them on next door where they came highly recommended. All around a great find. I highly recommend Eras Pro

I have used ErasPro Remodeling on many projects. They have installed new wood flooring as well as refinishing existing hardwoods. We have always been extremely happy with the results. Hesitated to post a bad review as the crews are generally hardworking and polite, but only 1.5 years after a renovation we are seeing many cracks on the wall grout for a guest shower used only a few times a year. There have been many pinholes on the grout since the completion, and we didn’t want to make a big deal about it at the final walkthrough but perhaps we should had. Also there are a couple spots on the floor that are already creaking despite having replaced the entire flooring including the subfloor. Plus a few other smaller issues like cracks on the window frames and a closet door expanded due to humidity still not closing in late October… Reading all the 5-star reviews makes me wonder, did we get the least experienced/skilled workers for some parts of our job?

We are so happy with the work done by Ricardo! We had a consult with Joffré on a Monday and the work was done by Saturday. Ricardo worked efficiently and was very detailed, incredibly hard worker. Very reasonably priced and paid attention to all the tiny details we requested! Would definitely hire again.
