This service will rip off your business. I was told I would receive 2 months free, just to get charged for both at a lower rate. I was more than assured that the service would cost $50 no more just to get charged more than double of hidden fees that they dont disclose. When I tried to call back my sales rep, number was disconnected. When I called the main office to speak to a manager, none would speak to me, and I was told Id get a call back, and no one ever called back. When I returned the equipment, being fed up with their lack of competency, service and their continued theft from debiting my bank acct, they even charged 2 extra months of more than $104, when it was quoted at 50, and never even received the service to help get the equipment up and running. Close to $500 LOST without even getting to set up the service to use. Never worked with a worse and shadier business and wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy, being that horrible. You all have been warned.

Terrible company . We made a big sale and they retained the money for 20 days with no explanation. I’m still waiting to know what to do with the order . They kept the customers money . The customer never made a complaint or a dispute . PAYARC will dispute your sales and that will affect terrible your company. Stay away from this company . I use PayPal and they are amazing .

Strong warning! I would give them zero stars if I could. This company is in credit card processing and they do not know what they are doing. They do not properly process chargebacks. They have a fiduciary responsibility to fully process chargebacks - they do not know what they are doing. When a chargebacks goes to pre-arbitration or arbitration - they do not process your paperwork. You lose money - good luck with that. We lost a major amount of money due to this. We are entering a complaint with the FTC today over this. Also - most of the reviews here are brand new customers who have not had all the problems the 1 star reviews have - plus many reviews are faked. Faked reviews are illegal on the internet - FTC can shut you down over this. It's pretty clear which reviews are faked. Read the 1 star reviews to get the real picture.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Pay Arc’s customer service team, and I am thoroughly impressed. From start to finish, the experience was a model of what great customer service should be. The representative "MS. Sonia G. Chacon Anaya" who i spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable. She not only answered my question accurately but also provided additional information that helped me understand the product better. It was clear she is very well-trained and genuinely familiar with the company’s offerings. Throughout the entire interaction, the representative maintained a positive and friendly demeanor. Their enthusiasm and willingness to help made the experience not only effective but also pleasant. She is the Star in customer support.

PayArc is by far one of the cheapest credit card processors out there. That being said, the online gateway logs you out every 15 minutes due to inactivity, which they claim is a PCI issue (it's not - I have used other terminals that don't do this), but it is still too short. Additionally, we have had NUMEROUS issues with not being able to add a user or get a user to log in due to their email verification system (which requires you to complete EVERY TIME YOU LOGIN - WHY) and the email never arrives in the person's inbox. I called their support line today and their response to my question on how we can make the login process shorter or the inactivity logout 15 min limit longer was "that doesn't seem like a problem". Excuse me? It is a problem when it takes 5 minutes to get an email from the system to log in and we have to do this multiple times a day when a customer is on the phone to pay their bill. So yes, it's definitely the cheapest way to process credit cards, but you will spend more time waiting for their system to work, costing you money. Their support team sucks too. Don't let them tell you owe an early termination fee either. They need it in writing that you don't owe (thank god I saved the email stating this) because their "boiler" plate application ties you into a 3-year contract. Terrible, awful customer service. They should be embarrassed.
