John has prepared a number of sites for us over the last couple of years and he is consistently excellent. He communicates well by letting me know when to expect him, shows up on time, discusses what he is going to do and how with me before he starts, and discusses cost to get approval before starting work, especially if anything is out of scope of the original assessment.
His work is outstanding and he takes the time to do the job properly. He does the little things, like digging for irrigation lines before using the heavy equipment, doing what can be done to prevent erosion, putting the excess fill in an appropriate place. These things make a big difference to how much work, if any, I have to do to either clean up or re-route irrigation lines.
I highly recommend John for site prep. I'll pay for that to be added to the Kloter Farms service every time and will call him if I need a separate site prepared.
