Not recommended, if you find that they transferred your money to strange Bank Accounts don’t be surprised because that’s what they do and if asked to fix their fault it may take more than 3 weeks that’s if were lucky….

Datapay went way above and beyond what I would have expected in helping us out. Our account with them is very small (one employee), but they spent hours trying to fix the mistakes of the previous payroll company we had worked with. Love their customer service - you speak to live, friendly folks & receive excellent service. Glad we left PayChex with their awful automated phone system taking forever to speak to a live person. Sometimes ended up dealing with person who had an attitude when we ask for help. No regrets switching to DataPay. DataPay consistently provides great service, more competitive pricing too.

Awesome company. I was previously with paychexs Who would constantly take extra money out of my bank account without any notification because would calculate my taxes wrong and just pull out a big chunk without notice to pay them. After this happening a few times and getting fined From the States because they did not file zeroes in my off months I switched to data pay. Nothing but good things to say in 3 years the only problem I have had is when the Post Office lost my payroll. I said David a email Saturday evening after my mail came and let him know That I did not have my payroll checks for the week. I received a call back from him within 20 minutes to let me know he would go open the office reprint my payroll and bring it to me at 8 am Sunday morning. Find another payroll company willing to do that.

We went to paychex which was a huge mistake it only took us a few months to figure out what a mess they were and weeks to get them out of enrollments we had no idea about. We came back to DataPay and will not ever leave again. They are customer oriented, always available and always answer their phone. Even when it's your mistake they make it seem like "we" made the mistake. Jim is great
