I had the pleasure of purchasing a car at Key Hyundai of Manchester on 12/28 and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. When I had walked in I had been looking for an Elantra, but unfortunately the one I had been looking for was just being sold as I got there. My sales consultant, Ed, showed us a Sonata, and although I hadn't been looking at that car previously, he was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all my questions.

The Sonata was absolutely beautiful and although it was out of my original budget, Ed worked with me the best he could, and the next day I went back and purchased it. I was impressed with how transparent and straightforward the process was here, and the financial officer Shelby was a pleasure to work with, thorough, and honest.

I am extremely satisfied with the car and experience and I am glad they had sold the Elantra I went to see. As many know, the search for a new car can be stressful, and this was the first dealership I had felt comfortable at. From start to finish it was a smooth experience and I never felt pressured.

I am absolutely in love with my new car, if you are in the market for a new vehicle I highly recommend searching not only for a Hyundai, but searching at Key Hyundai of Manchester.

I came in for an oil change and to rotate my tires. The techs Matthew and Steven were able to identify that my springs were extremely loose/broken and too dangerous to drive on, my wheels could’ve came off while I was on the road. I came to my appointment with my son, and I cannot begin to thank everyone for making sure we both left Hyundai safer than how we came in. My service advisor Jeff was so friendly and kind, he updated me the whole time I was in the waiting room and he was also able to give me a little discount. The staff were planning to leave early as they were closing earlier on Saturday and they went above and beyond for me even though they were already busy. Thank you Hyundai

Listen, Edwin, Shelby, and Moe went so hard for me, I NEVER thought I'd be driving something as nice as they were able to get my into, it took a few days and some Christmas magic, but they did everything they could to help, I mean they even helped me take care of a tax bill I forgot about.
