Tomorrow will mark six weeks since a CT scan at Jefferson and I have no results. I called a week ago to inquire and was told they don’t give out timelines, nor could they give me an estimate as to when I can expect results. Agree with others re: being impossible to get through to a human being. Also had to cancel/reschedule an ultrasound and you have to leave a message and it takes days for someone to return your call. I will be looking for another facility for future needs and recommend others do the same. At this point I’m questioning if I’ll receive results at all.

It now has been almost a month since my X Ray, and I have still not received any report. I was promised a report within a week. I have now twice called, and the phone system is the absolutely worst I have ever dealt with. People on the line are not helpful and have no clue. It is also impossible to speak with someone from the local office.

No one ever answers the phone.
No option to leave a callback number.
3 weeks and my PCP had to beg for a simple X-ray to be read.

UPDATE: It has now been almost 3 weeks waiting for my first MRI result. Today I had another MRI taken and I was told to not expect to see any result for a month or more.

Thank you for leaving me in such pain...

UPDATE 2: I received my second MRI results within a few days. Hopefully Jefferson has resolved whatever was causing such horrible delays.

Jefferson was once a professional, reliable and timely place to get seen and have images taken. Not anymore, under staffed and not at all efficient.

What good is an MRI if you can't get the report for your physician? It's been over 3 weeks, dealing with them and their 3rd party records company Healthmark, zero communication from anyone.
What boggles my mind, is that people get an MRI because of a health issue. A health issue that cannot be treated because between Jefferson's endless voicemail loop, and Healthmark, who only tells you to fill out an online form, you are left with absolutely no recourse.

Ct staff Matthew and Andrea were very rude and abrupt. Proper scrubs were not provided, only pants, which made it necessary to wear my long sleeve tee into room. Matthew tries to pull my sleeve up over my elbow (barely), tries to apply tourniquet, no good, decides a second tourniquet is ans. NO. But continues anyway. Then he announces that he is going to count to 3, proceeds to do so, jabs me so hard that I had to yell out in pain. Then tries a 2nd and third time. At this point Andrea should have stepped in and tried since policy says only 2 attempts be made before someone else has to do it. Now Matthew decided to try the other arm, 2 more really really painful attempts. At this point I declined to proceed, which triggered some accusatory statements from the pair, suggesting that I didn’t drink enough water. I was told to fast 2 hrs before the test, which I did, and I was given 4 small bottles of water in the dressing room. So I fail to see how I was to blame. When I went to the front desk they only made excuses, including “YOU didn’t drink enough water “
I live 2 min. From Avon site now I have to go to Farmington for my ct. and I have to cancel my Dr.s appointment for my procedure and reschedule. Epic failure on Jefferson’s part.

I have had quite a few visits to Jefferson thanks to arthritis, back injury, mammograms, etc and it has always been an easy experience. Mammograms are quick. I am always happy to be taken in and out as fast as possible regardless of the type of service. Staff is usually friendly and sensitive and results are processed in a reasonable amount of time.

Incredibly poor experience and customer service at this location. I was double booked and not informed until I had been sitting in the waiting room for over 10 minutes. The staff did little to try to fix their mistake and I had to come back a different day (no easy task with a full time job, family and numerous other commitments). I was told that I would not have to complete paperwork a second time upon my return, only to find out that it had not been scanned and I needed to fill it out again. I was left waiting during my second appointment for over 40 minutes while others came in and out of their appointments (not very COVID conscious). I tried multiple times to work with the management staff to come to a satisfactory agreement on how to handle this situation and they were unwilling to compromise. If you can avoid this location, I would definitely advise doing so.
