I’ve never had an issue getting my vehicle in and out on short notice, and being open all day on Sunday. They have a great team, from maintenance to the service desk. With quality service, prices are competitive and they don’t push extra work or service at you because they don’t need to, their loyal customers will be coming back.

If you make an appointment here, don't assume that it means anything at all. When I made an appointment they barely acknowledged it, I had to repeat everything submitted from the appointment request. Then I waited over 90 minutes and my car hadn't even been started (for a simple tire rotation) because "they were swamped".

Not the one to really write reviews but If you want the WORST service and customer service come here. I went to get emissions and an alignment and guys at the front desk were so rude and complained the whole time about being understaffed. My brother went today at 8:30AM for 4 tires and an oil change. He didn’t leave till 1:30PM. A total of 5 hours for something that should take an hour and a half MAX. The guy in the back said “That’s just how it is in the automotive industry” and said “You can’t find any place that’s not like this” That is a completely false statement and anywhere else would have had it done differently and way quicker. I was in and out for 4 tires at City Tire in Waterford in less than a hour and a half. Seems like all the employees have bad attitudes. Place is a joke, Avoid it at all costs.

How do I give negative stars? Customer Service is POOR!. Made an appointment for oil change for Sunday morning (done on Thursday). Received text and email confirming appointment. I showed up for the appointment on Sunday, the tech literally laughed at me, said that he cancelled my appointment. Said that they had too much work and only two techs and they are lacking people 'just like everyone else'. No call, no texts, no email. Literally worst PEP BOYS experience that i've ever had... and I've had a couple of bad ones. Should have trusted my gut and avoided them. STAY AWAY!

Timely service; had engine overheating so problem was urgent. PepBoys took me right in, diagnosed and fixed the problem in one day. Needed new thermostat and sensors; they checked to be sure head gasket ok, which it is. Very happy with Roger and the mechanics!!!

Very good customer service. Although one of the employees did complain about being short staffed and the computer software that they use was not very forgiving and very slow.

Without considering the above, everything was handled smoothly and they consulted with me before doing work that I hadn’t mentioned or the suggestion that I have something done because of the age of my car.

Everyone was cheerful and helpful. I came in for an emissions test and they were able to take care of me right away. The waiting area is clean and pleasant. I have been getting my emissions tests there for years and would not want to go anywhere else.

Good service with a friendly service desk. Bought new wheels and tires from Tire Rack, Pep Boys installed, balanced, and synced TPMS. Roger was very knowledgeable on aftermarket upgrades to stock wheels and tires. He asked if all the required components were additionally purchased with the new aftermarket wheels (which they were). Good technicians with quality service. Will definitely come back for any other upgrades.
