Service and communication was awful. I was promised that the 25 foot section of fence would be installed last week of October. It NEVER happened. I had given Jon Luther a check for $2,000 on July 7th. Finally, on November 28th I went over and got a refund check for $2,000. Wasted 5 months of my time !!!

Get your fence from this company!

Got in contact with Jon and he responded to us within a reasonable time. Another fence company gave us a quote for more than double the price of the same job!

Highly recommend these guys and their good hard workers. Tyler put up our fence within a reasonable time and with good quality

I should have used another company, had issues from day one from them ordering wrong color to unable to figure how to make a access door. Now the fencing I used to make a outdoor shower enclosure is lifting up and looks like a 10 year old put it together.
Stopped by office and was told Jon was on Vacation and would be back next Monday and would get back to me. Three weeks later, stopped by again and Jon was swamped and must have forgotten to call me. She said he would contact me the following week. 9 days later...Nothing.
Do yourself a favor and use some other Company.

To start off , Take a look at this company’s reviews. All the good reviews are given in bunches at the same time .. seems a little fishy. Don’t let them fool you . STAY AWAY from Luther fence. If it’s a quality fence you are looking for then look somewhere else. Luther Fence installed a fence for me and only 6 months later sections began to fall over and leaning along with a multitude of other problems. Gates not closing etc etc. The worst part of all is the complete lack of care. I have yet to have a call returned. This guy does not care about his work or his customers. The fence supposedly came with a warranty ....DONT BELIEVE IT. ..GET IT IN WRITING.. but he says fence or labor is not covered for winds or acts of god. So I wonder what this warranty actually covers. They should change their name to Luther Insurance Co........Call Mrf fences or Atlas fences but stay away from Luther fence. Message me if you would like pictures or more details.
