My wife and I moved to Groton 3 years ago. Recently our dryer died. Since we are newer to the area we weren't sure where to go for new appliances. I looked on line and Found Shore Appliances. What good fortune for us. We went to the store and had the pleasure of meeting one ofthe best salesman, we have ever worked with. John. was so knowledgeable, kind, considerate and had a wealth of information regarding products. With his expertise and easygoing manner we were able to pick out the PERFECT washer and dryer! The store manager was also extremely helpful and willing to be involved with any and all customer needs. If we are ever in need of any new appliances we know we're to go Shore Appliances! Great customer service with satisfaction GUARANTEED!

Jesse and Dan were fantastic. Old dryer removal and new dryer install went very smooth. They inspected the new dryer for damage prior to unloading it from the truck and they even cleaned dryer vent without me asking.

My husband and I bought our first house and we went to Shore in Groton for all new appliances. The house we bought had squatters living in it so we needed Full kitchen appliances and washer/dryer!
We worked with John to to write up a selection of what we wanted and he price matched the major box stores! Lilian helped us with warranty info and set us up with delivery and install! They were amazing!!!! Delivery guys were great as well- knowledgeable and careful!
Don’t go to Home Depot or Lowes!! Go to Shore !! 10/10

My washer stopped working unfortunately and i went to lowes to purchase a new one but was not able to get any help from anyone in there

Stopped in here on my way home where I met david who was extremely helpful and showed me the differences of all the washer and dryers. David helped me find one that suited my needs and fit my budget and was able to set up delivery and take away my old washer and dryer.

I was worried that buying a washer and dryer would be a expensive annoying process but im so happy my wife and I met david. I will definitely be coming back when i buy a home.

It was a good experience. I did shop around and they have the same price as most places but their service fees are the best out of everyone that I looked into. The guys were nice and professional. I’m happy with my dishwasher so far. Would recommend them to people I know.

We just purchased a new GE refrigerator from shoreline appliances and had it delivered. The delivery crew Jesse and Dan did a fantastic job in what turned out to be a very difficult delivery . They were very knowledgeable, patient and polite.Thank you Guys.
