When our dishwasher decided to die, I knew I had to act fast. A broken dishwasher is a recipe for disaster in our house! I called Keith's Appliance and they were fantastic. Within 2 days they had a brand new dishwasher installed and my wife was back to her happy self (which means I am too!).
The entire process was smooth and professional. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the installation team was quick and efficient. Delivery arrived earlier than promised despite being very busy two days before Christmas. Big help to me as new tenants moving in that day. Ryan was courteous, fast, and professional. Fantastic experience. We were looking to purchase a high end grill/smoker and were having a difficult time finding what we wanted at a big box store. We came across Keith's via a google search on a Sunday and sent an inquiry, but did not really think much would come of it. Bright and early on Monday morning I received a text from Adam acknowledging receipt of our inquiry.

This company was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted to speak to an honest and knowledgeable salesperson who works for a company that believes in providing stellar service and also sells quality products.

We got a CRAZY good deal on a Traeger smoker. We were originally going to pick it up but decided to have them deliver it just because we wanted to ensure that it safely arrived.

The delivery was seamless. The two guys that came were super nice and also very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain everything and went out of their way to make sure it was in perfect condition. They were on time and I have to mention that they navigated our difficult driveway and even more difficult walk way to our deck with ease. They were also very sweet to our 3 year old daughter which was nice.

I cannot say enough good things about this entire experience. We will be Keith customers for life now.

Shop small + local! You will not get this kind of service or experience from a big box store.
