Jay and his crew emptied a basement that had 50 years worth of accumulated junk in it. They worked tirelessly for hours carrying old furniture, trash, lamps, you name it. The staircase out of the basement was difficult and you have to duck your head or it got smacked by the low doorway. Jay and his crew were cheerful, polite and worked relentlessly to empty the basement. Jay’s price was very reasonable, and the job was completed at the agreed time. I definitely recommend The New Guys Junk Removal Service.

Jay and Patrick were here and did a great job for me. Cleaned up leaves. Cleaned out garage, some stuff inside the house. They also moved a couple items from upstairs to downstairs. They were done very quickly at an affordable price. Definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Great service! After getting ghosted , waitlisted, and high estimates from other local services, Jay came to the rescue. He and his crew showed up same day, removed an old piano, then came back two days later and did my whole yard, with tree pruning. Very thorough, affordable, and considerate.

I was very fortunate to come across Jay at The New Guys Hauling & Junk Removal. He was not pushy and did not try to take advantage of my situation but soft-spoken and offered respectful guidance. As being a woman, I find people “ trying to pull one over on me” as though I am not educated or have not done my research. Jay talked me through the process and asked questions as not to assume that everything was to be junked. When I wasn’t sure he gave me both pro’s & cons of whether an item should stay or not.
