Dismal. Men's room in back is flooded everyday. Leads and supervisors are inconsistent. Some are lazy and play on their phones all day. Coworkers act self-centered. One Supervisor was abusive toward a coworker early January 2024.

I had to walk away from the most unprofessional maintenance manager letting his drinking buddy .which has a problem w change . Try to literally....bahaha. beat me up for working . The most horrible place that alabamaians have been lied to about. Run. Let tge germans and so called counter parts run it since there so great. Time will tell. They need to be looked at hard for the ethics and lack of real management. Sad excuse for a business. Bama can do better
