I took two quartered deer which was 76 pounds of meat the first week of January. To have sausage made. I’ve called multiple times with no response. At the moment I have been put on hold and waited for 20 minutes and the lady who answered never returned. Last time I will ever take them anything!!!

I have been taking my deer to this place as long as they’ve been open
BUT SINCE THEYVE OPENED THE NEW PLACE ITS NOT THE SAME by ALL MEANS.
They seriously got to me this last time & had a HUGE Doe & only recieved 1 box of meat & should have at least had close to 2. I asked for roast & steaks and recieved back neither.
I asked May to have Mitchell call me & boy she had all kinds of excuses why not for him to have me call.
THIS WAS A BIG RED FLAG. I left 3 messages & Mitchell NEVER CALLED ME. Unfortunately I had to deal with CODY & Pretty sure after that conversation I won’t be back & neither will my other 5 hunters that hunt on my property.
I KNOW IM GETTING RIPPED OFF BY THIS PLACE.
I learned from the best at butchering deer by my Dad years ago. I used them for convience, but not at all a happy customer any longer.
IM FED UP WITH THERE EXCUSES DAY IN & DAY OUT after the last 4-5 years at this newer locker plant.?.

Brought my Wild Hog there this past September and then shipped it up to us in Washington. Mitch and his crew there are amazing! Get the German Smoked Sausage... trust me. Hands down BEST I've ever had! See you all next year!

We were pleasantly surprised. They have renovated completely and added lots of items. Also they serve food now. Great little stop. Love their summer sausage and fudge. Lots of new foods to choose from. Definately a thumbs up?

Great customer service and very friendly! It's always been very personal each time I come in for custom beef processing. They even helped load the several hundred pounds of beef I had! I look forward to next time.

If you are looking for top-notch processing with years of experience in all things related to meat, then this is your one stop shop. The people are friendly and helpful and this is one of the few places that I have complete confidence in and can also say that if something isn't to the customers satisfaction they will go out of their way to make it be so. If you should ever wonder how processing works, they are more than glad to give you a tour! We practically quit buying steaks anywhere else because the quality is noticeably different. Check out the different flavors of beef jerky while you are there!

I LOVE Detroit Processing. They are the most down-to-earth folk, extremely honorable, and hard working folks. I do not like buying meat from the store since my wife and I usually only eat venison, and fish, and wild turkey. They are the only place I don't mind buying meat from, and I live in Longview, Tx. I appreciate their commitment to quality, and customer service. Mitch does an amazing job with the BBQ restaurant, and the food is GREAT. They also sell local honey that is the best honey I have ever tasted. Thank you, Detroit Processing! Keep killing it. (no pun intended)
