We like dealing with Jara and her crew on processing our beef cattle. They are helpful on the phone and process our beef in a very efficient and professional way. We just delivered another steer to them. We have some beef left over from Jan 2022 processing and because of the quality packaging the roast I just cooked shows no freezer burn and tasted great.

This is a great place to purchase fresh meat from! Friendly service and quick. I found it to be moderately priced and am very happy with them. I live out of town and they were very patient with me and kept my beef fresh until I got there.

Did not get the leaf lard fat back like I asked didn't turn one pig All to breakfast sausage like I asked.. and gave me back ham out out that pig . Screwed up on a different pig and no German sausage... family has been going there for 15 years won't be going back

The people that say that they are missing beef or venison, either read their ticket wrong, are lying, or have no idea what an animal dresses out. The staff is amazing! The processing is the best! Never had one T-bone or ribeye missing. Just people that want to complain. Love the service here and the accommodation! What a ranch and farm in this community and have used them for years!

Do not do custom processing here. You will be missing a large % of meat. We got 2 steers processed and somehow we were missing 3 out of 4 briskets. We had hardly any ribeyes or filets. Many of the vacuum sealed packages leaked also. Can't say enough bad about this place.

Terrible experience with these people. I don't know who's meat I got, but it wasn't from the beef I took in. I was missing so much that I had put on the cut sheet. The steaks were non existent, really. There's a reason there are negative reviews for this place. If you want your own meat back, take it somewhere else.

I asked if there was a discount for cash and told no. I gave the woman my credit card and it showed a fee of $12.55 so I asked why she said no to the cash discount. She said, "We don't get that money, the card machine does". Duh, if the "machine" charges extra for using a card, then obviously, it would have cost less to use cash. I told her to void the transaction and I would pay cash. I was told the transaction could not be voided. I won't go back.
