I've used them twice now this year and last. Love them. First time they accidentally had it all wrapped in paper instead of vacuum sealed like I requested. I pointed out the issue and they redid it all -all vacuum sealed correctly by the next morning. All 8 boxes. The meat is frozen good and hard when you pick it up. It's all labeled correctly. They load it in your car for you. It's always cut the way you wrote on the sheet. Nothing but quality here. I'll be using them again next month. And the breakfast sausage is worth it by itself. The only thing I need them add as a service is to come pick up an animal from me bc I don't have a trailer! How bout it?

never have issues getting a date but last steer was a little sloppy - nothing major just a few mislabeled cuts and forgot to save pork bones recently. overall, though, i like using them and am willing to drive an hour to use them.

Super fast turn around on deer. I got more meat back than anywhere else I’ve been! Excellent work on the deer. Breakfast sausage is the best I’ve ever had made and they have an honest price. Everywhere else is gouging their prices and it’s super nice to find someone who does a great job for a reasonable price!! I’m definitely coming back!

I couldn't hardly make the lady at the front understand what I wanted because she couldn't understand English very well then I paid 300.00 for meat I can't even eat. Tried to grill the steaks and they were so tough my dogs couldn't hardly chew it. The ribs look as though they came off an old cow that was huge with no meat. Won't be buying anymore meat from them. I just got ripped off with old tough meat. Expensive dog food cause that is all it's good for.

Staff has poor communication between front of house and back of house, as well as front of house towards customers. Used this company because our processor was booked for the next 6 months. Drove 3 hours to pick up my order and got home to find that part of my order had been left out. Made multiple attempts to reach someone and when we finally reached someone we were asked to call back. Very unprofessional group of people especially for a first experience. Even though they tried to make it right, the overall quality of their service and end product leaves more to be desired. WILL NOT COME BACK.

My meat order was very very wrong. It can not be fixed because it is already cut and processed. Got cuts off meat I didn’t order and no stew meat which I did. Meat wasn’t frozen upon pick up. Very disappointed. For the price paid I will definitely use someone else next time!

This is the worst place I have ever taken my deer to. My buck cape had maggots. So I have to pay pay for another cape. The meat I got back is horrible. I cant even make burgers out of this meat. Will never go back.
