DO NOT GO HERE
Got recommended to this place by a friend so I decided to take an axis there last minute. Price was better than the place I usually go down the road so I was excited… until I got the axis back. There is so much silver skin left all over it’s unreal. You can tell in the grind they just threw any any every untrimmed piece of meat in there because when you’re chewing you get bits and pieces that are like chewing on leather. Will never take anything back to them.

Dropped off a a whitetail to have processed, and have save the head for a Euro mount as it was a head shot and was proud of the shot, the taxidermist down the road picked up the head and did the mount , however, not my deer head as there was no evidence of the shot (entrance or exit) called Kimble processing and he was argumentative. Very disappointed in the new ownership I’ve been a regular for the past 9 years.

Had a 220+" white tail buck and a blackbuck processed here. Box showed up 6 weeks later with 54 pounds of meat in it.

Called to question where the other deer was, since they are about 40 pounds light - minimum. All they could say was "that's what we yielded from both animals." Intriguing.

Careful with the carrier they use as well. Showed up to deliver at 2AM (after confirming for 9PM) - offered to leave the package outside on front steps rather than getting me to sign for it. I declined, and glad I did- he walked up with someone else's rack mount in hand saying it was mine, when he was supposed to deliver me a box of meat.

Had two deer processed and the jerky is awesome. A little moist, not too thick, easy to eat, and good amount of pepper. Dry sausage is very good too. Haven’t tried the hamburger meat yet, but sure it will be good. Best of all, very reasonable and quick turnaround.

Had a Whitetail doe processed there. Got backstrap and made the rest into dried sausage.

The sausage is not edible. The sausage is brown in the middle like its been sitting in a freezer for years. How these people can charge the rates they do and then give you the product they do is pathetic.

I had a Scimitar horned Oryx processed here..it was taken in fully intact. When I was told it was ready I showed up to the wrong cuts of meat and a missing cape/euro head. I was told (by one of the many kids working there) “they switched coolers and it must have been misplaced but we’ll call you if we find it”. Well coming up on year later and no cape/euro or a way to make it right. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and effort.
