So I actually was set up to take my deer to someone else and when I got there after waiting a few days he told me sorry he was full again. I called J&A and they said bring it in. I’m so glad that I got turned away from the other guy cause I couldn’t be happier with what came out. These guys are super affordable, I was surprised with the price at the end. We got summer sausage and it’s some of the best I’ve ever had. We got German sausage and it is amazing too. Haven’t tried the pan sausage or burger I had made but I’m sure it’s gonna be good too. The service is amazing too. As soon as I pulled in with my deer someone met me at the truck. He pulled my cooler into the shop on a cart unloaded it,cleaned it out and put it back in the truck while we made our order. I was told 3 weeks to get it done, which was fine with me, but got a call 9 days later to pick it up. This place earned all 5 stars I’d give 6 if I could.

We got 3 deer processed at J & A's 2022 beginning of rifle season. I could not be more happy with the entire process. They are more than willing to answer any and all questions. They talk you through all your choices, and man I tell you they have some great choices. Their processing time is unbeatable as well as their prices. We got hamburger with 20% beef, hot German sausage links, jalapeño cheese sausage links, hot breakfast sausage,summer sausage,stew meat, & back strap steaks. We did do a several day ice bleed out on our quarters doing that paired with J&A's spice combos has made the tastiest sausage I have ever eaten. I mean delicious!!!! I will continue to use them with all our future wild game processing and spread the word to all our fellow hunting friends. Our freezer is full!!!

I used J&A last deer season and it was wonderful. Processed 2 deer and had medium pan sausage, German and Polish medium sausage made. It was delicious! Looking forward to doing it again with J&A this season!

Have been going to J &A Wild Game Processing for 3 or 4 years. I have them process my hog. My favorite is Polish sausage, medium spice. Good on the grill, it is sooooo good.

I took my wild hog to J&A for processing. I selected J&A because they took the whole hog and didn’t make me skin and quarter it first. The staff was friendly and polite. This was my first hog, so I wasn’t exactly sure what my options were for cuts of meat to pull from it. They walked me through it cut by cut and helped me select exactly what I wanted. Turn around time was fast considering it was the middle of deer season. When I went to pick up the meat and pay the balance, I thought they had made a mistake. I actually argued with the office staff that I MUST owe them MORE money than what they said. Nope!! I got my entire hog processed for a GREAT price. And the meat is wonderful. J&A has earned my long-term wild game business. I will definitely be back.
