Every McDonalds has rough reviews. But many have improved and are consistent, and serve hot and fresh food. This was, unfortunately not the case here.

We were most impressed with the two employees we interacted with as they were happy and knowledgeable. We ordered a large 2 cheeseburger meal. The fries were mushy, and we made our own drink. The burgers were requested without onion and PERFECT! We ordered two hamburgers which were fine…

Then, the purpose of our visit.. 2 hot fudge sundaes, that are now, $4.50 each. One had roughly 1 tsp of hot fudge and the other about a tbsp…and we asked for the little bag of nuts and the lady went to ask, returning to say, we don’t do that anymore. So, $9.00…for roughly 1/2 cup of vanilla soft serve?

My issue, why is it that businesses no longer have a menu on the wall, showing ALL their products and depicting the cost and what it comes with? Is anyone noticing this trend? As if we are just expected to know…making it easier to deny its existence or availability after we pay and receive something other than, for example, a hot fudge sundaes?

Best McDonald’s in town and surrounding towns. Hot and fresh always, not squished burgers, never forget pickles or sauces. The staff always call you by name. Just always pleasant. You can tell the manager and workers take pride and that’s a good work day.

I was surprised to see that my drink was melted and half empty . I ordered the blue raspberry Fanta frozen and got a cup of blue liquid and it was warm and bubbly .

Ordered with app, no option for pickup at the drive through..so I chose curbside, waited 10 min. Staff came out looked in bag as they approached my car told me what was in the bag 2 sandwiches and fries. I got home opened the bag..only 1 sandwich. Was too far down the road to go back. I contacted through the app "contact us" verified the location, no response...no offer for a refund just silence...no reason to ever
stop there again

I ordered at the kiosk choosing to pay with cash. I stood in front of the the cash registers for 3 minutes before I was forced to be acknowledged Another customer who used the kiosk paying with card was called and given his order. Ironically his order was incorrect in someway, manager on duty rectified this problem very quickly and turned her back to me attempting to return to work. I said excuse me and she replied " why are you here". I politely told her I needed to pay cash for my order per instructions of kiosk. I was met with very poor customer service and will not patronize this store again

The staff was friendly and courteous, the food was hot and tasty after a long, long flight from Arizona. I never thought Mcnuggets would ever taste so good. Thank y'all for the food, and the pleasant experience!!

2nd drive thru not working, no sign. Asked inside and the girl said that they are busy so it is what it is. Ordered my food and when I went to get a Coke, the machine was out asked one person and they told the girl with the attitude to grab me a Coke and she replied once again with attitude that they didn’t have any Coke as she walked away. Then the lady asked if they were out of Coke and the manager then said oh yeah we are out of Coke. Put up a sign as a courtesy!! If you don’t like your job then quit. You chose your job not me. Food was at least good.

This, unfortunately, is my first review on google… I’ve been to this mcdonald’s a couple times and i’m not usually somebody to complain, especially when it comes to food. But every time I’ve gone here, I’ve somehow gotten my order messed up. From missing a patty on one of my burgers, to wrong sized fries, and to just cold food. Every time I’ve gone back because I’m a man of second, third, even fourth chances, but I’m disappointed, and unfortunately I go to mcdonald’s because I hardly have money to spend on real food, being a broke teenager and all. All I can say is just… do better. Some people can’t afford to get their food messed up.
