I have used Levco oil for many years and never been dissatisfied, from their phone reps to their friendly service staff it's always a great experience. Doug in the office is so helpful and I've gotten a tech Mina (maybe incorrect spelling) for many service calls and he is just the nicest young man. I would highly recommend Levco.

At first we were surprised by the invoice -- since the technician had assumed that the problem was covered by the service contract -- but after Carmelina explained what it did and did not cover, I was relieved.
My husband and I have also been very satisfied with Levco's competitive pricing and prompt service for a number of years now. The new air conditioning system which they recommended and installed has been worry free, too. Overall, this is a well run business.

William just came out for a boiler checkup - he's incredible. Super friendly, crazy knowledgable, and was able to simplify stuff when explaining how my system works... I can tell he cared about my understanding the inner workings of my heating system. Hopefully I can work with him again. So far, so good Levco!

I am sharing this review after having several positive experiences with Levco. Over the years, we have encountered problems with our system, and Levco has effectively resolved each one. Most recently, we had a heat pump installed that wasn't working. It turned out that the Levco installation team had forgotten to configure our zone control panel. I realized this, and a technician came out on a Sunday to show us how to use oil heat instead of the heat pump. Then a day later another technician came by and fixed the problem!

Levco has always been reliable, and I feel that they are supportive of their customers.

Levco is the absolute worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Their incompetence and complete disregard for their customers are staggering. On Friday, December 27th, I noticed my fuel gauge was dangerously close to empty. Levco, which claims to schedule deliveries automatically based on their ridiculous “K values,” had failed to deliver, leaving my family and home in a precarious situation.

I called customer service and spoke with Doug, who assured me fuel would be delivered that day. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t. By 10 PM that night, my tank was completely empty—great job, Levco! To prevent my house from dropping to unsafe temperatures and putting my child in danger, I had to go out and buy 10 gallons of diesel to get through the night. This was entirely avoidable if Levco had just done their job.

At 7 AM the next morning, I called again, and once more, I was promised a delivery. An hour later, I followed up and spoke with another representative—“Jenao” or “Jema” or something—and was treated with nothing but rudeness and condescension. He clearly didn’t want to deal with me, kept dodging my questions, and gave me the classic “someone will call you back” line. Guess what? No one called back. Shocking.

Thirty minutes later, I got Doug again, who this time spoke to me in the most arrogant, unprofessional tone imaginable. After going in circles, he finally admitted that the driver had some “issue” and wouldn’t be delivering fuel that day. Then, as if things couldn’t get worse, he basically threatened me with extra charges if I requested a technician to bring emergency gallons. And the cherry on top? He called me rude and short for being understandably upset about their complete failure to do their job.

This company is a disaster. Their customer service is rude and dismissive, their delivery system is unreliable, and their attitude is nothing short of appalling. I’ve recorded my calls with them, and I’m happy to share them with anyone who wants proof of how utterly terrible they are.

Avoid Levco at all costs. They don’t care about their customers, their promises mean nothing, and you’ll end up scrambling to fix their mistakes while they brush you off with arrogance and excuses. This is a company that deserves no one’s business.
