Fairfield Construction LLC returned my first call and soon came to my home to talk about converting a half bathroom into a laundry area. This appointment was much appreciated because even though it was a small space, it was complicated and required the skills of a plumber, electrician, HVAC technician, carpenter, floor installer, and painter.
After the room was created, a tall, heavy LG Washtower had to be connected, and other finishing touches completed.
I am grateful that I had a trusted, hardworking, knowledgeable, and highly skilled person to make this room happen for me.

I had 2 full bathrooms renovated by Fairfield Construction. I met with Beni and Jon, I showed them the work I wanted done, we agreed on a price, and they completed the job in a professional manner. They gutted both bathrooms to the studs and replaced everything, some new plumbing, new toilets, tub, shower sinks, vanities, marble top, light fixtures......and stayed within budget, no over runs. I will use them again for some further renovations, and I recommend them without hesitation.

I typically don’t post reviews but I was so pleased with the job Jon and Fairfield did with my home, I am. I was referred to Fairfield by a relative. I had water damage to my wood floors and cherry cabinets in my kitchen. Jon worked with my insurance company and I was immediately impressed with his knowledge of how it all works. Considering the inconvenience of any home renovation. Jon, owner of Fairfield, kept me informed every step of the way. Fairfield’s attention to detail and finished job was perfect. These days, it isn't easy to find quality workmanship from contractors – so I thought I’d write these comments.

Just had Fairfield Construction and London Construction do our two bathroom remodels. We started this project last June. Benni with London Construction came out to our home and gave us a fair quote, however we decided to go with another contractor. After that contractor never showed up to start our project, but left us with a garage full of material. We called Benni from London Construction again who was kind enough to come back out. He gave us a fair quote again and was able to start our project right away on such a short notice. Benni with London Construction came with his crew and Gjon from Fairfield Construction were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. They made us feel comfortable with what they were doing and informed us along the way with the progress of the project. They were extremely hard working working 6 days a week 8+ hours a day to get both bathrooms done in addition we added on replacing all of our interior doors and insulating our attic which they were more than accommodating. I would highly recommend these companies for any remodeling or construction projects.
