I have been calling them for over 3 weeks. I have not been able to get a live human on the phone. I have tried all different extensions and left voice mails and not one called back. I even looked at previous reviews and emailed Fiona (from previous reviews), turned out the email was a hoax. Seems like it is their company policy to not respond to any phone calls. Same issue with the property, no one responds to phones and everything is forwarded to the answering service and their offices are always closed. I need to get some issues resolved and there is no one to speak to.

This is not a review of Fairfield Properties as it just acquired Landmark at Wynton Point in Nashville, TN. You have left RPM as property manager which is concerning plus the sudden sale. I hope as the new owner you will do a better job of managing this complex and look at the outrageous rents we are now paying for very litte.

Their property managers are RUDE, can’t get anyone from corporate on the phone. Like does anyone even work at this place? If they cared about making money so much you would think they would treat their residents and properties better.

Absolutely the worst experience in customer service I have had in my entire life. Conducted a military lease break to execute PCS orders and was told my security deposit and prorated months rent would be returned to me in 2 weeks. It is over 2 months after the fact and I still can't get a solid answer on where my stuff is at in the process. The corporate leasing department did not have any answers and refused to provide updates on the matter. After 27 phone calls over the 2 month period of unanswered emails and voice-mails I finally receive a response that they claimed to not have recieved my orders to even process my security deposit. This was completely false as I forwarded BOTH emails I sent with the required information MONTHS prior.

The absolute worst property management I have ever dealt with ! Save yourself a headache and money in your bank. The on-site teams are super unprofessional , don't work with you in times of need (COVID-19) included. They don't care about their residents needs , the bottom line is $$$$ I just moved out of one of there struggling properties where I was paying over $4k/month.

When I moved out my final account statement charges are over $24,000.00!! Completely insane , I agreed to pay a 2 month lease break penalty and they still hit me with thousands of dollars of move out charges on top of the two month penalty !!

I went out of my way and hired a professional painter to re-paint the place paid him over $2,000 to repaint and FAIRFILED still claimed after his work was finished was' unacceptable' and proceeded to charge me for a FULL REAPINT.

No receipts , invoices or photos have been provided, even though they have been requested. This management company needs a huge improvement with their customer service skills- I went above the on-sites manager's head EMMA TOY , & after countless times trying to resolve issues with her that she refused to help with. I finally got to speak with a regional manager, CARRIE JEFFORDS just when I though there was a little hope or justice coming - they hit me with the final account statement with over $24,000.00 worth of charges. AGAIN ,DO NOT LEASE WITH THEM & save yourself the headache.

I rented a townhouse from this management company in Tustin, CA, from 2008- 2018. The apts in this community was very old, but well maintained. I never had any major issues. I loved the maintenance guys because they always came thru. Managers were also good.

They used to manage Carillon in Woodland Hills. They were really good! The maintenance, staff and management was awesome! unfortunately they sold Carillon to one of the worst properties and nobody is happy with them! Sabrina was really understanding manager and she had a very good team!

This company is the absolute worst in the industry!! No one answers or returns calls. It takes days to get a return email and then the issues are not corrected you can’t say not addressed because they view calling the property manager and doing nothing else as addressed. I was bitten by a dog that is NOT allowed on the premises according to the lease that a tenet had. The dog was not on a leash which is also not allowed. Called the police and animal control, The animal control office was flabbergasted that this apartment complex was not compliant and said “ they don’t understand the amount of liability they have in this incident “
I received a somewhat of an apology email from the regional manager but he stated that this could be a support animal. Apparently thinks support animals don’t have to be on a leash and can attack people. And when the property manager call me 9 hours after this happened I was at the pharmacy getting my required antibiotics. I have tried for 40 minutes calling the office that is open but no one will answer the phone.
If any future tenants are looking for an apartment and the property is associated with Fairfeild Residental I strongly suggest you turn and run for your life. DO NOT do business of any sort with this company!!

Ps read the responses to the reviews ALWYAS the problem is turned back on the tenant who doesn’t OWN the property!! And ALWAYS a number of excuses why they won’t or don’t have to do anything. Fairfeild Residental has not got the slightest concept of customer service, and I’m positive they have NO idea of what a work ethic is. I truly doubt they when the person who writes these responses gets home to their million dollar home would put up with a fraction of these issues. Fortunately this time I have the legal system and the laws of Ohio on my side.
