My wife went in to have a dress altered for our son’s wedding. She asked where we bought it, and asked if it was altered already, once she heard that, she said my wife was too fat and that she would not help us.
She told her to eat crackers and water to lose weight.
My wife is 5’2” and 120 lbs.

There was a huge hole in the inside seam of my favorite backpack. The hole was frayed and cumbersome to work around. My mom recommended Nataliya and wow she did a wonderful job. You can't even tell where she mended the hole. My backpack is brand new! I would 100% reccomend going here. Her place is really cute and pleasant on the inside of the business as well

Came to get pants altered she pinned it exactly where we wanted. Got pants back and tried them on.. much higher than where she pinned them. Never let me try them on before I left, rushed me out the door. Made me feel like I was inconveniencing her .

She's amazing and fast! Here is what to expect. You don't need an appointment, you can walk right in. She moves fast, which is why you don't need an appointment.

When you get there if a dressing room is clear go right in and change. I usually just ask real quick and she always answers back nice to me, even if she's finishing up with someone. You get dressed, you stand on the podium she asks what you want she does her thing and you get changed. She's already filling out the tag for your dress when you get out, give her your number asks when you need it and gives you a pick up date.

First time I went was last year. I was a bridesmaid for the first time. I went in the morning, wasn't the first one (I think second or third can't remember), but I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I needed it quickly (5 days to be exact) because I honestly misunderstood a local shop for me. I found her by chance, looked up her reviews and saw she has done rush things before. She did it faster than I asked(4 days) and it came out perfect! I can see why her reviews for that are so heavily thanked when a lot of places are not like that. No extra charge too! She got a good tip from me that's for sure! I was very thankful.

Second time was this year as I am a bridesmaid again. No line, went right in as she was finishing up with someone. This time I came with plenty of time and no rush and a very quick turn around. 7 business days. In and out in ten minutes!

Nataliya never disappoints, she can hem or fix anything & everything I bring to her. She just took in a bikini top that now fits like a glove, like a personal custom made top. I have been going to her for years and always superb work. Also, her prices are incredibly reasonable. I highly recommend her.

I have been going to Nataliya for years and am shocked to read some of these other reviews. She is talented, honest, and passionate about her work. When I had purchased my wedding dress there were a few things we needed altered. When I was too overwhelmed to make a decision she said "trust me" and made that dress fit perfectly to my body. She knows how much your wedding dress means to you and I am so glad I had Nataliya to come in and save the day when I was in a pinch.

She has also helped me with so many of my bridesmaids dresses for weddings I've been in throughout the years. One time, my dress was 6 sizes too big and she made it fit like a glove. She also was creative and used my excess dress material to create masks (during the peak of COVID) for all the other bridesmaids so we'd match the wedding.

I'd trust Nataliya with my alterations any day of the year. As someone who lives in Boston, I still drive to Enfield specifically to get alterations from Nataliya as she is someone who I have trusted and has never disappointed me once since I've seen her for 10+ years.
