JAJ Property Service has performed 3 different jobs for us and we have been well pleased with all 3. The first was an amazing patio cover, then general repairs inside from a bathroom leak, and then replacing the siding and painting on the outside of the house. JAJ does quality work, their staff is top notch-professional and courteous.

I needed a new office for my small business. JAJ came to my house and we discussed what could be done to an old building that I used for storage. He and his crew came over and gutted the entire structure. The floor wasn’t level so a sub-floor was installed. They re-wired the building to accommodate the many plugs I needed and for my new heating and air unit. They went on to build a privacy wall and drywall and paint the two rooms. Cabinets and a closet were built. All my clients were surprised a simple building could make such a cozy and comfortable office. I am totally pleased with their work.
