Staff is rude as hell. I’ve seen a lot of other reviews about this place and how they treat younger customers with disrespect and I CAN CONFIRM. I got talked down to and lectured for an online reservation I made by two employees, the bald man and Bernice. Not to mention when I was accused of giving them false numbers because they continuously entered my number wrong (+ gave me attitude for it and never apologized) and then questioned me for the secondary number I gave because I guess it’s sOo unbelievable that my secondary contact uses a business number since they are a business owner. So unless you want to get ganged up on by two old heads then go here. They waste more time lecturing you like you’re a child when they should be more focused on improving the customer service skills they clearly don’t have. The trump statue on the desk was a dead giveaway the attitudes were gonna be nasty. I wouldn’t recommend by worst enemy to go here.

Talked with these guys about getting a trailer hitch installed on my Outback; and to my surprise one of the staff members by the name of Devin turned out to be very knowledgeable and proficient. He was courteous and professional when i arrived on time for my appointment. He even came in on his day off to work on my Subaru; wow...great service.

The truck I rented had a bad transmission and after traveling 30 miles..I turned around and delivered it safely to the location rather than hassling them with roadside emergency. They then charged me for those miles plus a new truck. Didn't even have a truck for 24 hours and paid over $300 . The general manager was present during all of this and did Nothing to rectify the situation..and the clerk helping ignored my requests. We were friendly and simply paid as I realized my words were falling on deaf ears. Will NEVER use U-Haul again! Scammers!

The U-Haul website does not give an accurate price when calculating safe move etc options as they are not a one time fee they are per day which is not calculated accurately.

The staff was courteous, respectful and extremely professional. Atmosphere was welcoming. The store was clean and organized. The process for getting a rental was user friendly easy and simple. Check out and Return Inspection process was very well check through. A special thanks to MERLIN CRAY and staff for making this experience exceptional for my dad Pedro and I.
I will definitely recommend your facility!!
