I can't really say enough about this place. I've used them on everything we've harvested for the past several years. My dad and I stumbled onto this business by chance after finishing up a hunt in western Alabama. From the drop off to the pick up, the process was seamless and they did a fantastic job on our 2 euro mounts. As far as the quality of their meats, I will do everything in my power to always bring my deer to Hardins. You will not be disappointed with the price and the quality they put into their products; I only wish I found this processor sooner!

Hardin’s processes every animal I harvest and has been great in every aspect. The facility is very clean and full of friendly, helpful staff! They’ve done shoulder and European mounts on bucks for me and each one comes back exactly how it should… flawless. I’ve been a loyal customer for 3 years and don’t plan on going anywhere!! I also refer friends here constantly throughout deer season. Jeff and Billy are great folks with professional skills.

If you’re looking for a clean and efficient deer processor with a reasonable turnaround time, this is the place. Their operation is almost surgical, as their cuts are fantastic and you always get all your meat back. Their packaging is flawless and the options for sausages, jerky, snack sticks, etc. are unmatched. Highly recommend!

Love Love Love Hardin Deer Processing! Very professional!! So many more options to choose from. I haven’t had anything I didn’t like yet! Just had the chops last night and they were Devine! I like too how quickly they complete the processing. Our deer have been ready in just a few days! Excellent job on the 2 Euros…I have one hanging in my kitchen! I would also like to add that the workers have been extremely helpful when I pick up our deer even helping me get it loaded so I don’t have to go in and out. I highly recommend giving them your business!!
