What a fantastic company to do business with! I manage a Fastenal branch in Kalamazoo MI and we have recently started using Southwick & Meister for some of our CNC collet needs. We made a mistake during the ordering process and when I called to resolve the issue, Southwick understood the fact that we are all human and sometimes make mistakes and were more than happy to facilitate the solution! It is rare these days to find a company that offers competitive pricing without sacrificing quality OR customer service! We will definitely be using them again 🙂

The “supervisor” should not be able to work in a machine shop, he threatens employees in front of management and they turn their heads and look away. Management is careless, and is allowing this fool to run this small sad company into the ground. Highly don’t recommend this place. Poor quality parts, delays on ship times.. only a matter of time until this place closes doors. Absolutely ZERO leadership in this company. This company treats their employees like garbage. No 401k, No benefits, No bonuses, No sick time, the insurance is to expensive to afford and covers absolutely nothing. All around and in all aspects.. a terrible company.

this is a great company to work with, they will go to great lengths to help you. I want to give a super shout out to "Sharon" she is the greatest when looking for the hard to find stuff. S&M is always my first stop with looking for collets.

I was told that they could have some collets made and delivered in 10 working days, I placed my order on Aug 29 so they should have shipped on the 11th of Sept On Oct 2 they got here. I lost close to $10K waiting for those collets. And after calling 2 weeks ago to find out where they were and expressing my concern they shipped them GROUND without even asking if I wanted them shipped overnight. I will not use Southwick and Meister again......

During the COVID-19 crisis we received an order that had the upmost urgency and needed several of our machines producing the parts in order to meet the demand. We were lacking some of the assets needed to be successful. S&M have been our go to supplier for collets and guide bushing long before this so it was no question on who we would go to for our needs. S&M went above and beyond to ensure we were able to be up and running in a matter of days. Not only did they help our urgent need the quality of the collets and guide bushings are second to none.

Southwick & Meister really came through for us dire situation. We needed 7/16'' Guide and Collets in order to make critical parts for ventilators. Cary Piering was able expedite our order for next Wednesday delivery. We at Chips MFG cannot thank the dedicated staff at Southwick Meister enough for pulling off this miracle for us. In these difficult times the Southwick and Meister team helped us to produce the critical parts needed to save lives!!!!
