We were greeted and helped by Jim as soon as we walked through the door. He was very friendly and answered any questions we had. We were looking for a new dining room table and he accompanied us to the section. They had 3 isles of tables with plenty of varieties and options. We ended up choosing a Daniel’s Amish table. We wanted a quality table that was built in the USA and that’s exactly what we found at Pilgrim. I liked that we weren’t greeted by a team of sales people at the front door like other stores. We will definitely be returning for other furniture in the future.

Richard and Ken were fabulous! I explained what I was looking for in a sectional and they directed me to my three options and educated me! I was able to select the fabric of my choice for the sectional & pillows! I look forward to receiving it in four weeks.

Unfortunately I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on because it doesn't seem to matter that I have been a customer for probably over 20 years yet this means nothing apparently so go somewhere to get furniture where your business matters because they clearly don't need you that's number 1. Then on top of this unpleasantness the couch they sold me in October they said would be grey is silver and yes I dealt with it even though I didn't like the color. But that's isn't the real issue right since I have been living with this ugly couch now I'm injured from the controls being on the outside I'm having severe shoulder pain. I have been to the doctors for and the only thing I have changed in my life is having to reach the controls on the outside of the arm of the couch how silly right. But because I ordered the grey couch and no longer want it because I am in physical pain they refuse to take it because of the color that they make available for their couches it's honestly unbelievable I mean I just asked to stop paying for it and give it back I don't want it not even asking for a credit at this point... wow how disappointing it's not even that much money to just keep a customer I would have bought a different couch...

The salesman, Steve, was friendly and understood exactly what we were looking for. He was helpful and polite without being pushy. Overall, Pilgrim Furniture has a wonderful show room with a very large selection of furniture. We were able to find the Murphy Cabinet bed we were looking for.

I cannot say enough positive remarks about Miss J and Manny at Pilgrim Furniture. Miss J is a talented designer with an amazing eye for design. However, her true gift lies beyond design - she truly cares about the customer. She is welcoming, friendly and passionate about her job. You will walk in as a customer and leave as a friend! She spent hours with my husband and myself, helping us make the right choices for our taste, budget and room. She is one of a kind! Our salesman, Manny, was also wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. Our experience at Pilgrim was top notch, thanks to the exceptional Miss J!

Went in to LOOK at couches. We were met with the sale person Matt Linnell. He went above an beyond to help us. We originally thought the couch we looked at, that we loved, wasn't going to fit where we needed it. We walked around looking at others and Matt came and found us and told us the original measurements were wrong and it actually was close to what we needed. Super informative, helpful and personable. We ended up purchasing the couch! Thanks for the help Matt!

We’ve purchased from Pilgrim before and been very pleased- today’s experience with Mary was no different. Mary was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. She allowed us to take our time and really check out all our options. We never felt pressured to purchase or rush. And the sale this weekend for Martin Luther King weekend couldn’t be beat. All in all a great experience - highly recommend!!!
