Danny has helped me numerous times with the fixing of my broken device. Since my first of many visits he’s always been polite, helpful, professional and friendly. Not only does he have great customer service skills but he is fast and timely when it comes on to fixing my device. Christmas was ruined when someone sat on my son’s phone. The screen was smashed. I came to this store because l have had a great experience in the past. . Once again this store did not let me down. The person who took care of us who unfortunately l forgot to get his name ( He was working the day after Christmas at 530 pm)was so professional and empathetic to the situation. The phone was fixed in no time at all. Our Christmas was saved. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this store.

Staff was professional responsive and courteous. The battery replacement was successful i left with a phone in better condition than I came in with and a warranty included. The process was efficient and effective. Definitely call first to see if they have the battery you need if not try another UBIF store.

This place is amazing. Danny helped so much I thought I was dead in the water when my phone got fried. Nope! Some how magically he got the phone to back up and helped me download to the new phone. Instead of days recovering data it took a day. Definitely, highly recommend them.

(WARNING)-SCAMMERS WORK HERE.

SCAM DONT SEND YOUR PRODUCT HERE ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY HAVE THE LADY DO THE SCAMMING WHO PRETENDS NOT TO BE THE MANAGER/tech
got a qoute paid then called telling me lies and tried to say i had to pay for another part for the controller after just paying 255$ to replace it and a charger port and pulled the liquid damage excuse and said if they could not fix they would replace it them selfs and then its ow now buy this one we have used instead for 270 before even putting together and seeing that it works. now it wont have warranty if we fix so your wanting me to buy a used for the same price as a new? and telling me its damaged before u turn it on when sorry it worked fine lady i know it does which you just screwed your self i told her in lies. then tried to back track her story with the price is in the old qoute. take your items else where TRUST ME. they will charge then pull the old mechanic routine that abunch more is wrong when it aint. abunch of scammers. Then pull a 60$ for diagnostic the tech did when it says free on the site and only sent back 191$.
I never told them it wasn’t working I had no idea or needed a diagnostic or troubleshoot needed I told them why it wasn’t and paid for the repair needed but yet they want more $ for the same part they did multiple diagnostics on oddly! The store people and depot will work together. I don’t think ubreakifix is a whole scammer the company I believe the people inside the store are doing so. I was never giving any sort of compensation or repair done then charged for diagnostic that’s supposed to be free and if they did a troubleshooting that’s on them I told them why it was not working it’s clear as day why so u can’t charge me. They broke legal contract and this will go to civil court. Unless you fire these puke people responsible.
Maybe not inside the store for locals but those dropping off from out of state 100% are.
Never once did anyone even deny that they weren’t scamming me lol when idc if I worked for a place or not when I’m called out as that I’m gonna 101% make it clear that I wasn’t.

Those reading enjoy your felony’s because if the asurion don’t do fraud I will.

I would like to thank Dan and his crew at the Hamden office for repairing my granddaughter's Nintendo switches they each have a switch with a different problem and Dan and his crew fixed them very fast and each had a different problem and they repaired them My granddaughters are very happy they can continue to play their games because of you break iFix Dan and his crew thank you very much again a happy grandfather and two kids!
