I just had new cabinets installed by Luis from Express Kitchen and they are so beautiful! Luis did an exceptional job, paying close attention to every detail. I never felt like I couldn’t ask him questions. He left my place clean and meticulous after the install! I will upload pictures as soon as I get the countertops.

Love my choice of Quartz countertops instead of granite. Also love the cabinets still in construction mode but slowly getting there. Love how soft n sofistcated it looks thank Express kitchen for helping me with my choice. Here are pic of the end results

Don’t ever use this place! You’ve been warned!!! They will ruin every step throughout the process. They will install defective cabinets and ruin the products they are installing then damage your walls and ceilings and say it’s in their contract that stuff will get damaged. Stay away from this place!!! They also make you pay for everything upfront! They sell cabinets that come from another country and then they assemble them in Hartford Ct. They have brackets all around them as you can see they are screwed together. Those brackets interfere with under cabinet lighting. Most of the shelves aren’t level and the cabinet faces aren’t seated properly. Seriously stay away from this place! Project management has zero designing skills as you’ll have parts that don’t function properly! The customer service department will keep on telling you that they’re going to resolve the issue. They will ask you to do certain things and you will feel like it was all just wasted time. They have no interest in resolving any of your concerns or any of your issues, they will just leave you stuck, there’s nowhere to go, so I’m telling you, right now!, avoid this place like it’s the plague 🥴🤢😵

After a little bit of a bumpy road replacing all the defective cabinet doors and drawers, Express Kitchen came through in the end. Chris and Katherine were the key to getting it done. Chris was great. He did a superb job with the replacements and took the time to show me how to make drawer alignment adjustments if needed. Kat was tireless in making sure the correct parts were ordered.

Express Kitchens did an excellent job working with me and my family. They were very responsive to my husband's health issues, and were very respectful of the timing and placement. We did a two phase kitchen installation, and are awaiting the installation of countertops next week.

I especially want to acknowledge Jenn the project manager, Peter D, the project director, and Tom the installer. They were efficient, helpful and more than patient with us. I look forward to the fully completed kitchen..

Jennifer was the best! She walked us through the entire process and made the whole thing go so easily. All of the workers who came to our house were great! I believe Hector was the name of the man who headed up putting the cabinets in. He was in and out quickly. We couldn't believe how clean our house stayed even though people were cutting wood, cutting counter top and moving appliances about! We highly recommend Express Kitchens!

After producing a video for the Mother's Day 2019 Giveaway that had the most views on Facebook and the Express Kitchens site, we were denied the opportunity to sign in to the contest. Woman at the front desk was unhelpful and told us we were too late despite the official rules saying we had until 12:59. If Express Kitchens can't even abide by their own rules and timelines, do you really want to buy a kitchen from them?
