I have been with Jennings for over 30 years. My annual tune-ups are performed by extremely courteous and polite service technicians. Furthermore, they possess an exceptional team of office personnel. Last week they replaced my oil tank, which was installed in my garage, with a new oil tank. The tank is silver and looks like a spaceship. The task was successfully completed within a span of one day. The installation service provided by Jennings was outstanding; it was a father-son team. I highly recommend Jennings for your furnace and oil requirements.

Jennings Oil and Propane has always given us top notch service. Whenever they have been called out for an emergency appointment, they have always responded in the most professional manner. I met Brandon, one of their service techs, at 5 am on an August day to get the air running at the store. So glad he is still with them three years later! I had an issue with a freezing fuel line at 8pm. I called Jennings and a service tech Louis was at my home in under an hour. Went above and beyond to keep us going temporarily through the night while trying to figure out a solution. I talked to David the service manager the next day, he explained the situation and our options. He was very conscious of not wanting to spend our money needlessly and a second attempt was made successfully to that out the line which saved us quite a bit of money. After multiple interviews with 5 of their competitors, we choose Jennings Oil and Propane to install our new heating and cooling system. We choose them because of their professional approach to our quandary. They listened as we iterated our needs and concerns. They did not try to sell us anything. From the very beginning their goal was to provide us with heating and cooling units that would best suit our needs and desires. Each time the salesmen, Erick Olsen, visited our home, he brought highly trained and experienced experts with him. Through all the preliminaries the Jennings staff were very friendly, kind, professional, accommodating, knowledgeable, and patient. They worked around all of our misgivings until we were comfortable with the solutions.

The actual work on the project took fourteen days as predicted. The crew for the work to be done on any given day arrived promptly and took extensive measures to insure cleanliness, and minimal invasiveness. Christopher Nolan, the installation manager, met with us each morning to advise us of the schedule for the day. At the end of the day we met again to review what had been accomplished and to define the next day’s goals. His teams worked steadily and quietly. At the end of each day everything was cleaned up and neatly stored. Considering the magnitude of the project (four bedroom, two story colonial home), I remain amazed at the speed and efficiency of the labor and am grateful for the careful attention to detail, cleanliness, and neatness. On this issue, I cannot praise the Jennings team enough. They were drilling through my floor on the first floor, and the ceiling on the second floor. I expected a mess! That “mess” never happened, not even in the basement. High standards were set by Mr. Nolan, and each team member complied with his expectations.
A second team under the direction of John Steitzel installed the tanks, compressors, and feed lines outside the house. Once again, there was careful attention to detail and neatness. Tanks and other equipment were placed as unobtrusively as possible with minimal disruption to shrubbery and the exterior integrity of the house.
The staff and laborers at Jennings are professionals. The orchestration of this project was meticulously planned and executed. Everything that was promised was delivered. We were comfortable while the work was being completed, and are very happy with the results. Because of their professionalism, knowledge, craftmanship, and demeanor, I highly recommend Jennings to anyone planning to install a heating and/or cooling system in their home.
