Their 24 hour heating assistance line sucks, your support to be able to schedule an appointment 24 hours a day, however it only works during business hours and the line tells you all appointments are full or to use the website (which does not offer the help with heating assistance) or your not sign up with them at all. This is also Not helpful for people who don't have a computer.

I've left Veronica 3 voicemails in the past 3 weeks to no avail. Today, I left her supervisor a voicemail.
I'll update this review next week
Update: still no call back, I just left another message and I mentioned that this is my 5th message left in the past 5 weeks that I've been attempting to seek their services for a loved one in dire need.

(PLEASE HELP)..... I was a believer in Access when almost 7 years ago they got me outta the shelter into a boarding house with my own room. Now fast forward to week b4 Christmas and the 6 people that live here are told the house will be sold and today is day after Christmas and we get blessed with 2 different buyers asking to look into our rooms. Selling a house is normal, but not tell us we'll be okay and they will find us housing. I hope someone reads this that can help us because all of us are in fear of being homeless and put out in the cold. Access agency should be helping us find a place to go before selling the house to make that non-profit money

Not only was Debbie so kind to my kids running around her office, but she was helpful, efficient and personable. We need more patient people like this working in this field. Thank you for making my experience so positive!

Miriam at the Danielson location was horrific my mother is in the hospital and receives assistance from the Danielson office when I called for help for my mother not only was she rude and unhelpful she was discouraging. If you do NOT like to help people you need to change your line of work! There should be a zero tolerance policy on belittling people in need of help. To even rate one star is giving too much credit. No wonder why people in need do not want to reach out to places that can help them with having a staff member like that is completely unexceptionable!

This place tries to be as helpful as possible. I would have given them 5 stars but they don't offer to match clients with benefits that we might qualify for, not if you don't go there specifically asking for a need. I've always found many more benefits doing my own searches on the internet. Same thing moreso with 211.
