Chad and Nick did a great job on my early season cow elk this past year. Luckily I got it in to them before they got busy with general season elk. Turnaround time and quality were great. Appreciate the good service.

Great little shop with every cut of beef that you want! All is frozen, which I think guarantees freshness. They were out of their house made sausage, but would definitely return!

It is hard enough to find somewhere that will process wild game, much less one that does as good of a job as North Park Meats. You can be sure that when you pick up your meat it came from the animal you dropped off, not the case with all processors. Their smoked meat sticks are amazing and I would highly recommend them! As a side note, as a sportsman you have a responsibility to care for the animal you harvest properly and if you choose not to do so do not blame the processor if you meat doesn't turn out the way you think it should.

My cousin and I brought a cow and calf to North Park Meats on 11/11/2019. We brought them the 4 quarters from animal, and all four back straps. We were able to bring the tenderloins back with us on our plane. Both elk were shot thru the ribs without touching any of the quarters. 3 MONTHS after dropping off our elk we received our meat. We do live in Indiana, but called before heading out on our trip to ensure shipping wasn’t any issue. Nick told us we would have any meat dropped of within a month, and each animal costs about $450. He said that also includes shipping. We ended up paying $1,200 for about 170 lbs of meat!! That weight included all 8 legs and all trimmings to feed to our dogs. VERY short on weight. And finally, one of the most disappointing aspects of our meat is the gross shorting of our backstraps. We got 11 packages of VERY thin straps. I’ve posted photos of the 11 packages next to one of the tenderloins from our elk and a deer loin. I’ve also included side shots for comparison. Plus, I’ve included a photo of the loin we cut out before we brought our meat to Nick. We process all our own meat and would easily get this much meat from two Midwest whitetail deer. It appears Nick is keep meat! VERY VERY shady dealings. Never ever use this guy!!!!

These guys are awesome, the highlights are vacuum packed cuts at a price that beats anything we've seen on the front range. The owners were helpful even before we brought any game in, turnaround time was great, and we will be using them again whenever we are hunting in the area.
