Watercure Farm Distillery is a small gem that’s absolutely worth the visit! The place might be cozy, but it’s packed with charm and character. The bartenders were phenomenal—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. We got to sample their whiskey and vodka’s, and everything we tasted was absolutely delicious. Each spirit was smooth, expertly crafted, and full of unique flavors that set them apart. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention goes into everything that’s made here. If you’re looking for a laid-back, welcoming atmosphere with top-notch spirits, Watercure Farm Distillery is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back!

What a lovely little place! We had a great experience, from the drinks to the ladies that were working. The drinks and the selection are fantastic, the people working have such great energy! We sat outside and they still checked in on us. Highly recommend and will be back.

10.15.22 After driving by this place several times we finally stopped in. What a fabulous local venue. Staff was very friendly. It has indoor and outdoor seating, flight samples, mixed drinks, and bottles for purchase. Amazing products.

This is an absolutely beautiful and amazing place. My wife and I stumbled upon it on our way to Rhode Island and couldn't help but stop on the way home. The gentleman behind the counter was a wealth of information on profiles, flavors, what flavor hit first and how it finished! We couldn't help but leave with two of the four we tried during our tasting.

Recently visited Watercure Farm Distillery, nestled at the historic entrance of Gwyn Careg Estate in Pomfret, CT. This charming spot is Connecticut’s first farm distillery, a title well-deserved. They fully embrace the ‘Farm to Flask’ philosophy, sourcing all ingredients locally, which is evident in the quality of their spirits. I had the pleasure of trying their Apple Spice Flavored Rum, a delightful blend perfect for the holiday season, mixed with apple cider and cinnamon. The warmth of the spices and the depth of the apple blend seamlessly for a cozy drink.

The owner, Daniel, shared fascinating insights about their process and the history of the location, adding a personal touch to the visit. His dedication to maintaining high standards using local resources is impressive. The distillery itself has a welcoming vibe, with direct access from the Air Line State Park Rail Trail, making it a fantastic pit stop for hikers.

Whether you're a spirits aficionado or a casual visitor, Watercure Farm Distillery offers a unique experience with a personal touch that makes each sip memorable. Highly recommend a visit!

I can't say enough good things about this place. The building is super cute, the ladies working were so much fun to talk to. It literally felt like we were having a drink with friends. the product itself is delicious. My husband and I both had the spiced apple rum in different cocktails and they were both awesome. Highly recommend.

Amazing! We accidentally discovered this gem before going to a UCONN game. A game we missed because we had such a magnificent time here! I would recommend the Watercure Farm Distillery to all and if you are lucky enough you will have Brendan as your bartender/guide. He was a wealth of knowledge, very helpful and provided great recommendations. He also provided us much info into the Watercure Farms “Dutton/Yellowstone like” history! How they only use ingredients from their farms, or from local areas. Just awesome. As for the product, excellent! The whiskey and vodka was so smooth and the spice rum was extremely smooth and tasty! Can’t wait to go back!
