Very amazing atmosphere great staff alot on the menu and anything to entice the eyes. The colored sliders were fresh and tasty the goblets were an eye candy and the rest of the food was awesome. Def worth a treat and to see. Would recommend as a treat to the special someone in your life. Would love to return should I travel this way. Def 2 thumbs up

The Sugar Factory is a great stop if you are in the Foxwoods area. Amazing dining options from a burger all the way to a milkshake with donuts and brownies on top. Whatever you have, I can ensure it is well worth it. Not only was the food amazing, but also the services. Workers were prompt to assist you if you needed anything, and food came out quick. Vibe was amazing, it was still decorated for valentines when we went in and decorations were elaborate. Even without the decorations, I’m sure it would have been beautiful. Definitely worth the visit and I will be coming again.

The atmosphere is amazing! Lively, great decorations, music, with energetic, friendly staff, willing to go above and beyond. The food is delicious and well seasoned. The alcoholic drinks are on the strong side! (Fare warning) Desserts are out of this world! A little pricey, but paying for the experience is definitely worth it! They throw amazing birthday parties, look into reserving for one; you won't regret it!

I visited the Sugar Factory because I was craving something sweet. The menu is massive, which is great if you love variety. I asked for coffee, but surprisingly, they didn’t have it—odd for a sweet shop, right? Our server went above and beyond to find some for us, but unfortunately, it didn’t taste great. The portions here are huge—seriously, one plate is enough for two or three people to share. Overall, it’s a fun spot, but keep the portion sizes and lack of coffee in mind!

Stopped here for brunch which I thought would be enjoyable, but this place is just one big gimmick, don’t waste your time go somewhere else. For the price totally not worth it. The coffee was the one thing that tasted amazing so yes that I recommend.

A nice experience in the casino. You get a definite, put together, high quality vibe from the second you walk in. The service was good for how busy it was, and the drink menu is great. The food however is clearly more catered toward children as it was rather bland and the quality didn't match the atmosphere, that being said it was edible and the portion sizes were good. Expect to pay restaurant-in-the-casino prices.

This was AWESOME ! Our trip to the sugar factory was so fun ! The waiter "Juice" was wonderful ! He was extremely friendly and polite. Our food came out super fast. Not only did it look fun and exciting...it was DELICIOUS!!! We got one of the insane shakes to end our meal and it was out of this world !!! Really great experience. My niece had the most fun birthday. Special thanks to Juice for being amazing !!!! I definitely recommend.

So this was my third time coming here, and what a fun time it always is that we have. My favorite menu item by far at the Mac and cheese bites. If you’ve never had them, then you’re totally missing out on some deliciousness. I also recommend getting the rainbow sliders and a sampler plate to split with friends because the apps are awesome here.

No trip is complete without some of the goblet drinks, and every single one I’ve ever had has tasted awesome. I usually end up getting some form of a burger when I come too. I ordered a turkey burger but it was somehow a veggie burger, but I wasn’t mad about it because it still had really good flavor.

For dessert we split the Cookie Monster milkshake and some of the cakes. I really loved the chocolate cake, but the rainbow cake was missing something I feel like. It looked pretty, but needed….something. Overall, we loved everything and had a great time and will def be coming back again!
