We had All-Time design and install two adjoining custom sash windows and framing to replace a big leaking 30+-yr old original sliding window unit in our basement that didn't slide since we bought the place, that caused water damage to 2x6 framing that we didn't know was happening until our siding was replaced last year. Their excellent resident window expert worked out a solution that required no changes to the new siding job - very glad about that!. Their carpenter did a great job replacing the water-damaged framing and installing the new windows, with excellent communication and clean-up.
We've used All-Time in the past for stair railings, etc. Great outfit. Thank you All-Time.

Lived in Norwich most of my life. I had absolutely no idea this business existed. Was recommended by a family member. What an amazing place, staff are extremely knowledgable and helpful. We had a railing installed and cannot be any happier. The installers arrived on time. The railing was installed in a just a few hours. What a professional job. The railing was high quality. I’ve have had All Time construct numerous custom Windows for my home over the last 5 years and have been extremely pleased with the quality of the windows and the friendly clear customer service. One window project involved measuring the pitch and angles of the roof to match with triangulated windows and the project turned out perfectly! While we understand you made the choice to close your showroom to the public due to COVID-19, if would help if there was an option for "appointments only."
Being directed to a website only without any verbal communication was very difficult to navigate. These products are your area of expertise - and we certainly needed some guidance.

Our replacement windows were professionally installed and are everything we hoped they would be. When my wife accidentally pulled one of the windows out of its pivot shoe and was unable to get it back in, the staff walked us through corrective instructions over the phone.
