I understand this company is going out of business - but they LITERALLY have 2 of their workers sitting outside in the rain with “Store closing” signs. This is unethical and as someone who worked for a company that filed bankruptcy as a manager, my store manager & I would have NEVER made our people sit outside in the rain. Poor management in the company is why they’re going under & it SHOWS!!!

Nice store with a good selection of reclining sofas, sectional. Appliances. Very clean. The staff was helpful, showing us exactly what we were looking for. Their prices were comparable to other places we had seen and we Babcock had sent us a 10% coupon so we had extra savings.
Delivery was prompt and almost to the minute they quoted. The delivery men were professional and courteous. I would buy from them again.

After some initial issues with the manager that didn't want to help me, I was contacted by their main office and was put into contact with a sales lady (Ashley Weatherwax). She took care of everything. She had my beautiful bedroom and dinette set ready when my house was finished. Be sure to see her she knows more than the manager and will actually help you.

This would be 5 star review if weren't for the shady location. The staff was great and all worked together to show my family a pleasant experience during the browsing, selecting, and purchasing of our new living room furniture. They answered my questions, offered what they had, and never once tried to "up-sell" or "get more out of us". I respect that from a salesperson. The selection was great, products are quality, prices are fair. Can't beat that.

Bad service
They say the insurance is good. but it's a lie, when you arrive they tell you, you have to call this number because we can't help you with anything, then you call and they help you after 4 months and they arrive and do nothing. I hope this store closes because it is garbage

customer service is always good at the Gadsden store but I purchased this bed in march , 2 months ago and I been having trouble ever since I got it . it’s literally falling apart from moving my bed around my room and they will not do anything about it .

Excellent service! Heather waited on me and my wife which took a long time to decide on exactly what we wanted. She was very patient, friendly, courtesy and couldn't have asked for better help choosing our furniture.

We originally went to the babcock in Oxford Al and had a not so great experience, so instead of going back there, we went to Gadsden. We had an amazing experience with Ashley. She was so helpful and her customer service skills are impeccable. She apologized for our previous experience and turned it around completely. Her knowledge of the products were very impressive and she got us everything we wanted. BIG THANKS TO ASHLEY AT THE GADSDEN STORE! when our furniture was delivered the experience was just as great. They took their time and care with our furniture and made sure it was exactly the way we wanted. GREAT JOB GUYS! I will recommend this store to everyone. It was worth the travel to get the A+ experience.
