Asa was great with negotiations and John the finance guy did everything he could to save me every penny available. If you are looking for a Mazda, vw, or Hyundai definitely check them out. Great experience! From Stacey and Asa in sales to John Woo in finance, everything was amazing. Chris the GM made sure to thank me for my business even though he was super busy on the last day of the month. Totally worth the 1 hr drive up. Everyone was awesome and so accommodating. This was my first time buying a brand new car and the experience was amazing. All of the staff was great with helping if we needed it. I have to give a big thank you John Romack. He was great and very helpful. He was funny and made the car buying process easy. He answered all the questions we had and gave very truthful answers back. After talking to the manager he made things right! I will give them a 2nd chance. Very happy with the outcome. Horrible and unacceptable. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 1 today. At 3 pm my car was done. I was told that the mechanics go to lunch? 2 hours I had to wait I bought a turned unleaded with 4200 miles on it. When you buy a CERTIFIED turned in lease they are to inspect it. Today I was told I need a cabin air filter $98 before tax? Get this I was told it depends on the area you live in if you live in a farm area you will need one quick On a brand new car? I am not happy at all with this dealership ridulous. I have never ever waited any longer than an hour and always included an inspection of the vehicle!

i came down here all the way from western massachusetts hoping to find a new car. my hand me down car had reached the end of its life time and as a first time buyer, i was intimidated about getting a new one. however, my dad found a used jeep here that had great mileage and a great price, so he called to inquire and we went down to see it. when we arrived, Lynzee was there ready to help me make sure this was the right car for me, and showed me all the features when i test drove. i knew this was the car for me, and she helped make all the paperwork and the process easy for me to understand. she even made bringing my old car as a trade in easy. a week later i picked up my 2017 jeep charokee and she was really excited for me and made sure everything was ready when i arrived. i drove off the lot with my new car and felt good about it. even a couple weeks after, Lynzee reached out to me personally to ask how i was liking my new car. She’s a great saleswoman and i highly recommend her especially for first time buyers!
