They kept us informed of the work to be done each week and gave us advance notice to clear space when needed to do our part to keep things moving along and on schedule. Their notable support included the use of equally professional subcontractors, including the electricians, plumber and hardwood flooring refinishers. They also kept in contact with our window replacement project manager to plan around their scheduled installation dates for new windows, as well as with Showcase Kitchens for availability of punch list cabinet material items to pick up & install. From promptly arriving at same time each morning to a thorough clean up at day's end, everything went smoothly each & every day until the job was a wrap. We highly recommend Zac and all members of his contractors team and look forward to contacting again for our next improvement project!

This is the second time we have used ZN Construction. This second project was a big one - demolishing our old deck with corner pergola and two unsafe staircases to build a new screened in deck complete with new stairs, door, lighting, fan and gutters. The team was there every single day - much different than other contractors who you never know when they are coming or going. Everyone was very professional, friendly, and just did an overall amazing job. Zac checks in over time to make sure everything is still going well even after the job is done.
