I have purchased many plants from Madison Earth Care from shrubs and trees such as arborvitaes, Junipers, and Dogwood varieties to perennials. I have filled rock gardens as well as a 300 sq foot area on my property. I have also ordered and had delivered 7 yards of mulch to my house. The quality of their products are extraordinary and I always enjoy making trips up to fill in the various portions of my yard. I know that I can always count on quality plants that will take and survive into future growing seasons. I can’t recommend their products enough. Staff are also genial and helpful, and you can tell that management care about their customers. Madison Earth Care are my go to nursery!

Two years ago they did a great job putting down Belgium block around our garden and a very nice crushed stone entrance to our shed.
This past March I asked to do a similar project leading to our pond.
Rob was out right away and we got the estimate two weeks later and we sent the deposit in.
Three go by and I called and the girl she would talk to the person who does the schedule and call me back later day.
A week goes by and I ask when am I on the schedule, the girl said let me check and I will call you back
Again no call back so I call and cancel.
Fast forward to two weeks ago and I thought of giving them another chance.
Same old song of let me check with the person doing the schedule and I will call you back.
Two weeks go by and nothing, I drive there only to be told in person that they waiting for the person who does the schedule.
I cancelled the job and came back to write this review.
I own a business and I can't believe the owner knows how poor they are at customer service

Madison Earth Care is one of the last businesses I know that truly seems to care about their customers as well as their employees, the work they did for me on my property for mulching and planting is beautiful. If I had a question it was answered promptly! I will use them for everything now. Even the gift shop and garden center is such a great place to go, if I just need soil, or a gift for a friend. It really is so much better than having to travel further to a chain/box store where the service isn’t as personal. Thank you Madison earth care!

Love their garden center - it’s a great place to grab unique gifts or plants for your garden. They host seasonal events where you can check out local crafters, or bring the kids to see some animals & trucks.

Plus, they did some landscaping for my grandma that she had been wanting done for SO long and her yard has never looked better. Just an awesome local business that really cares about their customers & community.
