If you don't arrive with safety glasses, hard hat and a safety vest they send you to Eagle Truck Stop right up the road to purchase necessary items where there is a posted sign saying "No Returns, No Exceptions". So basically IP is running a scam with the truck stop since the safety glasses the truck stop had in stock are sunglasses which the security guard at IP will thoroughly inspect and sunglasses are not acceptable. If the glasses do not pass securities standards then they'll give you a pair to borrow.

Had to give a star that should at negative 10 ⭐️ wait times & lines to upload & download is ridiculous. Drivers run out of time of service that’s illegal to leave ur permission & then top that have people seat in your safety hazards driver lounge rain water two inches of water workers doing more talking and doing houdini acts

1 star Too much! It should be.. -5...Such a horrible place. 1.The scalehouse people will send you to the Eagles Truck stop on 509, 4,5 miles away to buy a hard hat and glasses if you don't have. 2. They give you general not accurate directions to go to the paper docks. 3. After you go there and wait maybe 1,5-2 hrs, the white guy will come out, check your P.U.# and send you to the 2nd place of paper docks without telling you where exactly. There is potholes and ponds of water everywhere, not sure about alligators. 4. You can spend here 5 hrs. I came 6.13pm and left 11.14. If you come at night haha... good luck with this place. Slow down and climb up and down the potholes. I guess this corporation is very poor, they can't afford to lay some concrete. Exception is a black guy named Roland, helpful, polite, respectful.

When u arrive, stay left of log trucks. I was cardboard delivery. Make left after scales. Follow all the way around. Ur going to be sitting at least 3 hours in line. Only 3 docks open. But once in the door only took me 15 minutes to unload. Had 3 forklifts unloading me. Extremely fast. U will find red rope hanging on poles. Go stand inside and wait

Drivers must have a safety vest, helmet and work glasses. At the entrance you have 2 scales, OTR go to the left scale.

Came here to pick up a paper rolls live load and was in and out of here within an hour. Must have full ppe or they will send you away to go buy what you’re missing. This plant/mill stinks so be prepared to breathe it in the whole time you’re here and perhaps smell like it when you leave. You also have to wait in their small hot office while getting loaded! You cannot wait in your truck! Couple vending machines and chairs, no bathroom! There is some portable toilets available though. Their instructions were pretty easy and everyone interacted with was nice. Fast loading!

Bad place waiting at least 7 hours to unload. The employees are slow, very slow, they are stopped and talking for more than 40 minutes. And after unloading you need clean the trailer. First and last time in this place.

My appointment was at 7 AM. Arrived at 6:55 AM. Backed into a dock at 7:16. Unloaded by 7:53 AM & paperwork in hand. I read the reviews and planned to be here for a while. I’m glad that my total time here was roughly 1 hour. On to the next. Be safe out there drivers.
