Naim completely transformed our brownstone facade from a hazardous peach and lilac pigeon perch to a timeless classic that gets us compliments from people and visitors to our neighborhood. We were very cautious in vetting contractors and talked to many before deciding to work with Naim. His professionalism, attention to detail and ability to handle difficult situations really showed in initial meetings and he was very adept in working with other teams as we had an architect, another contractor for the interior and were rather demanding clients ourselves. The results of his work really speaks for itself and no corners were cut to achieve the quality that he promised to deliver. His crew was an absolute pleasure to deal with- always considerate, polite, clean and masters of their craft. For our project, he matched the architect drawings almost to the tee and created our dream facade; we also repaved the front yard with bluestone pavers, repainted the ironwork, scraped and repainted the cornice and removed an extension, metal awnings, replaced a hatch and moved a hose out of the cellar. Aside from the impeccable job he did, he also helped us find an interior contractor who did a terrific job. I would not hesitate to recommend him for his work. He went out of his way to make sure we were 100% satisfied and we definitely are.

Naim rescued us from a mess left by another contractor. He took a house with dingy, cracked brownstone and damaged, porous bricks and created a showstopper. Naim shared our vision which included reconfiguring the facade in terms of resizing windows and a door, brownstoning, painting, securing a beam, and some interior work. It was a complicated project but his teams executed the the project perfectly. Naim picked up the pieces and implemented a professional job site. His teams are meticulous, spending at least an hour per day cleaning. It really makes a difference in the quality of the work. When my scaffolding came down the whole building sparkled. Everyone in the neighborhood was talking and I continue to receive compliments on my home. I will continue to work with Naim on future projects. In fact, we have another in the works already.

Naim replaced the roof and rebuilt the entire parapet on our 25x90 landmarked limestone building in park slope. At the beginning of the project, he started a whatsapp chat with every unit in the building and was very fast to respond to any questions or concerns we had. His construction group also cleaned up well and everything looks great.

Naim and his people were amazing during the masonry, brownstone and roof renovation work done on our 1918 Brooklyn residence. He worked with our Architect to make sure submissions to DOB and Landmarks passed their scrutiny. They rebuilt the parapet and front facade, made sure tie rods and lentils were installed correctly, stripped paint from stonework in order to show off original limestone details, removed years-old stucco to show off original brick work, pointed, installed lentils and re-created decorative stone details. He arranged for skylight and hatch updates when overseeing the roof replacement. He stuck with us through un-anticipated delays and made sure everything came out appropriately. His guys- masonry brownstone and general work are all competent and respectful.
