Fantastic service. The 24-hour refrigerated drop-off is very convenient. The meat was expertly cut, portioned, packed, and labeled. I feel confident I got my deer back, and more meat was saved than I expected. I’m very pleased with the service and the courtesy shown. When I next need a processor, Bill’s is the place I’m going. To my personal experience，I just pcs’ed from North Carolina to Fort Dix back in March, tagged out a buck in early October, gave Bill to do the European mount, I drove more than an hour to get to his shop,he told me it gonna take 5 weeks to be ready ,but I picked it up earlier than that and turned out a perfect mount, he also give me a military discount! now I'm bringing my 8 points for the mount for sure!

Disappointed and frustrated to say the least. Give it 0 stars if I could.

Dropped off a deer harvested same day, got it back a week later. Upon pickup, they stated that there was damage to the hindquarters (which I do not agree with) and that I would receive none of that meat. No communication at all until pickup about this, won't be coming back in the future and recommend others not to as well.

I've been going to Bill for about 7 years. His work is second to none. Great work & great guy. I would recommend him to anyone. Hard to pick a favorite item because they're all top notch and delicious.

Got a big doe opening day and bought it home on Sunday and dropped it off at Bills. Paid 225 because I added 5 lb of jerky to my order.yes,$25 a pound plus but that isnt the point.everyone in my group figured the deer went somewhere around 100 to 125 pounds.picked up the deer very(4days) quickly .beside the 5 pound if jerky i received a total of 17 lb of meat of which 12 lb was ground meat with added beef.I did tell them that I wasnt worried about the steaks and roast but I naturally assumed it would all be ground into ground meat.NEVER AGAIN to MR BILL

I drove an hour and a half to Bills not knowing what to expect, but now i wont use anyone else for my deer. Packaged really well, everything was labeled, fast turn around, fantastic choice of cuts. Highly recommended.
