After seeing their bright yellow vans in many of our neighbors' driveways, and having had some not so great experiences with various contractors, we decided to engage Foos Construction in a window replacement project in our sunroom. From the beginning we could tell they were all in on our project. Courtland discussed many ideas and offered suggestions up front. He really listened to what we wanted and helped us create a path to achieving our vision. Because of some underlying issues, our window project turned into a replace the deck and siding project as well. This was with our approval, as it would negate issues down the road which caused the initial window problems. Throughout this project, Courtland was courteous and helpful, both in identifying the issues and making suggestions. He has a skilled, experienced, competent team which created a very positive experience. They were there when they said they would be and they were punctual. They maintained a clean work site. We had one issue we noticed with a crack in the deck in a very noticeable spot. Before we even had a chance to object to the work, Courtland and his team arrived and were correcting the issue. We were very impressed. We will hire them again for future home projects.

Foos construction really went above and beyond with my roof repair. Courtland was able to help us get correspondence with the insurance company and this covered the majority of the cost to repair. I’ve consulted with other companies and was only provided with a quote. Though they could’ve just quoted the price for the job, Foos construction was very professional with effective communication and able to get the job done. I met Courtland by mistake. ( I thought I was calling a previous contractor with a similar name, his loss my gain ) He gave me a much better price while even including more work. He did such a great job I referred him to another roof across the street. He did the same quality of work for them. I would recommend him to anyone. Oops I just remembered I had him do my daughter’s roof also.
