The Willows is a very clean and friendly place. It is cheerfully decorated with a pleasant feel to it. The staff interacts with the patients in a very kind way-they did not treat them as if they were bothering them as they do in some other places. There are a myriad of activities for the patients to participate in-something for everyone! Plus there is no smell like in some of the other facilities I have visited. I highly recommend it!!

We did not have a good experience here. My mother had squirreled food several times and it took hours for them to notice. She couldn’t even talk. The aid wiped her eye that had pink eye and then proceeded to wipe her mouth with the same wipe. My other laid in soiled diapers for many hours. I visited almost every day and the same garbage would be on the floor for almost an entire week. They were supposed to do rehab for an hour every day but it was more like 15 minutes a few time a week

My father has been a resident on skilled nursing side for 2 years. Though nothing is perfect, and we are very involved in his care, he has thrived while there. We had 24 hour private care at home, and this is much better for him. The schedule, social interaction. The core staff is impressive.. Very grateful.

I went to Autumn Lakes to pick up Willis and take him for a ride and a bite to eat. The staff were helpful and lovely.
I took Willis back to his room to get a warmer jacket etc. I’m not sure what time rooms get cleaned but theres’ was not done.
That comment is not a criticism… however when it is clean and sparkling I feel much better.

I like the facility at the Willows/ Genesis. What l have learned in business is that you must have professional development often. The people on the outside must believe that their loved ones are being cared for properly. We must be able to say, how would I like to be treated if I were in the patients place. I pray for the workers and the patients. A smile can go a long way. 🙏🏽

This facility is clean and the people look well taken care of. But I was only there for 2 hours so I’m not completely sure. But I loved seeing my friend.
