As a New Yorker, I can say definitely best bagels in the area and even better than some of the New York bagels. I come often and every time i buy bagels (different kinds) they are very good. Everyone in my family loves it.

However, it would be nice that there is an option for healthy whole wheat bagels (without added sugar) for those who can’t eat regular bagels.

Also, Few other things:

Smoothies- are not made on premises and personnel don’t know if they made out of fresh fruit without added sugar. For that reason I couldn’t buy it.

Order pick up- after ordering you have to wait inside to hear your name called. If you sit outside you can’t hear it. Hope that improves.

UPDATE

I went again on Sunday and it was very chaotic. Not enough bagels, the stuff that takes orders disorganized, the stuff for pick up doesn’t say name or order number or fills the order correctly, pick up receipts were blurry and difficult to see the name. Long lines.
Would not recommend going on Sundays.

Been here several times and it's always packed. Used to order a dozen bagels and a couple of cream cheese for work. Always the best bagels I've ever had. Perfectly textured and tasty.

Owned by a State Senator so we know she knows how the laws and taxes affect our state's small businesses.

Seriously. Try this place at least once. If you have a bad experience, give them a second chance.

Today was our first and last experience at Cohen’s Bagels. My husband and I each ordered an Avocado BLT on toasted bread. For the whopping price tag of $33, we expected these to be the best BLT’s we’ve ever had. Boy, were we sadly mistaken. The sandwiches were practically avocado and mayo sandwiches, with little to no bacon in sight. The bread wasn’t toasted, the avocado wasn’t mashed, and overall the sandwich was incredibly underwhelming. Feeling unsatisfied and like we wasted our money. Either adjust your prices or improve the quality of your food.

I’m not going to accuse what seems to be a high end bagel joint of microwaving their eggs, but my wife and went there for some breakfast sandwiches and I have been around food long enough to know what scrambled eggs out of a
Microwave tastes like. You pay too dollar for a sandwich for them to give you a microwaved egg. That’s insulting and we won’t be back. This area needs better

A nice place for brunch or breakfast in the morning. Their staff and setting are excellent. Their bagel, however, was not so good. I tried their everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese but it wasn't particularly soft and chewy. Also, their standard black coffee has a warm water flavor.

I just bought 12 bagels I selected multi favors I was shocked at the difference in the size of the bagels some were 6 inches across and others were only 4 inches across why such a difference , the smallest were the cinnamon raisin I question why there is a big difference in size

Excellent little shop to stop for bagels! We stopped in for breakfast and got the avocado smash with bacon on the jalapeño cheddar bagel along with the cinnamon crunch bagel with maple raisin cream cheese. Both were excellent! Lots of options to choose from.

We've come here a handful of times. The bagels and cream cheese are good. Today, the trash was over flowing, the milk and half and half containers for coffee were empty, the sugar was empty, the soda machine was leaking on the counter and floor, every table was dirty, there was no where to put trash. The place was not busy. There were plenty of staff members, not taking care of these basic needs. We could not eat there.
